The Bath Creek Estates staff goes above and beyond caring for my 95-year-old mother. Besides routine care, they genuinely care about her personal well-being. They find ways to calm her, make her laugh, and keep her active with daily activities. My mom lives for Bingo and Bible Study! A shout out to Kayla S., Marie D., Rorey, and Casey at the front desk. You have made such a difference in my mom's life, and her family is most appreciative. My mom has gained weight since being admitted in March 2022. She looks forward to her three meals a day and usually cleans her plate!

I was sent there for rehab after major surgery. I rang for pain meds was told Dr hadn't put in order yet. I rang every couple hours for pain med. Remember I just had major surgery. Next day I'm still waiting on pain med. Always same reply...waiting on Dr for order. I was there 23 hours with none of my meds and administrator came in to see how I was enjoying my stay. ENJOY???? 23 hours in severe pain, no meds..She acted all surprised. Said she would get the nurse right on it. Took another 2 hours before receiving my first meds. 25 hours total. I also had no meals that day. They forgot me. They forgot me several more times and then I figured out meal times ( I was at the end of the hall ) so I would wait 45 - 60 mins and when no meal delivered I would have to call. I would ask if they forgot me again and always got same answer..NO. But miraculously a tray would show up after a few minutes. Also I was suppose to have 2 follow up appointments while there and they were to arrange transportation. Guess what??? They never took me. Said they couldn't find transportation. REALLY? No ambulance services available anywhere? OR and IT was a joke. Terrible attitudes. Didn't care to help rehab at all. The one therapist told me exercises to do and rather then give assistance just sat there in his phone. The female had a horrible attitude. Would have call light on 45 mins to an hour trying to get help.ie...meds, bedlpan etc. Final straw came when I was to have a follow up appointment with my surgeon and nurses side was helping get dressed and nurse came in about 10 minutes before transport was to arrive and said transport cancelled the night before. No one bothered to tell me all morning until I was about ready to leave. I said that's it.!!! I've had enough of poor care...long waits on call light..forgotten meals ...poor attitudes..dirty room and filthy bathroom that I swear as the truth was only cleaned two times in the three weeks I was there. I had to practically beg for help with a bath. Got three baths and one hair wash. Yuck ! Absolutely horrible plave. I honestly feel bad and worry for those who are unable to speak for themselves. How many meals do they miss? How much pain are they in ? As far as activities I never saw anyone from that dept. Therefore wasn't offered any activities. I would have given this place a negative rating if it were offered. I honestly don't know how they pass state inspection. The administration is well aware of all this. They heard all about it while I was there and about a week after I left they called me and I told the woman all about my experience. She said she would pass on my dissatisfaction, even though administration already knew. I never heard from any of them again. Surprised ???? Not at all. Never ever again !!!

When coming into the facility it looks clean and nice. After being there for 12 days, my room and bathroom were filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned for the 12 day stay. The food was not edible for man nor beast. They were severely understaffed. I would ring my call bell numerous times without a response. I decided that I would be more comfortable and safe at home and left the facility.

My mother-in-law is in Bath Creek Estates. It is very good and beautiful. The people are very caring, friendly, and attentive. The dining room is very nice. They do weekly field trips, bingo, church service every Sunday, and people who come in to entertain them on a fairly regular basis. They genuinely seem to care about the people they're working with.

Bath Creek Estates's nursing staff was exceptional. It's a nice enough facility, but it wasn't kept anywhere near as clean as what we expect of a nursing home. It wasn't maintained and they had lights that flickered. The food was adequate, but it was much less sophisticated and diverse than what my mom is allowed to partake in in her present facility. They had activities available. The place was priced very high for what we received.
