My father was in The Rehabilitation & Health Center of Gahanna. The rooms were a good size but they weren't the cleanest. We had to keep getting staff to come in to clean. There were sticky things on the floor and bandages that they had thrown off and hadn't picked up, so that was an issue. We got hospice involved, and then it was wonderful there; they seemed to take care of a lot of those issues for us. The food was fine. It tasted good to him so he enjoyed it. When it came to me telling them we needed something, it seemed to take forever for them to come to take care of what we needed, so that was an issue. Their staff needed to be trained a little bit better.
