My mother-in-law was in Traditions at Camargo. It was fantastic. She started out independent, and then went to the highest amount of assisted living that they had. It's a beautiful facility. Everything is new, and it's in excellent shape. The staff there is very nice, and she received excellent care. They have their own chef, and the food is fantastic. They have regular outings, live music, a daily happy hour, and a library.

The rooms are adequate with a large window and full bath. I am very disappointed and concerned about establishing contact with a nurse on the Memory Floor with a nurse to check on my loved one. You have to call the front desk and they transfer your call or message. But 2 and floor memory care unit did not return my call 2x. Not helpful and not very transparent. The nurses station is in an enclosed glass cubicle. Not welcoming. They are my eyes on my loved one. The property is clean inside but the parking lot and entrance are dirty and littered with trash. Sad bc the building is lovely inside. Food is decent. I never know which nurse is in charge on the memory care unit from day to day. Most of the staff are friendly but are not medically trained. All the staff covers during dining hours.

Traditions at Camargo was a lovely community. The people were very personable and very helpful. The facility was excellent, and it looked great. The apartments looked very nice, very roomy, and very clean, and I think that it would probably be a good place to live. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area was beautiful. I met the chef and he seemed very nice. I liked the fact that they open at 7 in the morning and they close at 6, but you could go down there any time in between and get something to eat. They also had a place where you could get coffee, juice, and snacks at any time. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very lovely and very personable. The ones that I met were very helpful and concerned about how I was being treated.

I went to Traditions at Camargo. Their dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They had lots of activities for the residents, and they had a movie theater. It's a nice facility. The staff was wonderful. Somebody from our church is a resident there and he loved living there. He raved about the food. The rooms are great, big, have huge windows, very light, and airy. He likes board games. He said he likes to go on the outings that they have. They go to the zoo, and they were going to Jungle Jim's that week. He was happy with all the things to do there. The only thing they're missing that the other place has is the technology of monitoring. That's the only negative. They just lacked that cutting-edge technology. They said they do a room check every two hours, but my wife and I liked the fact that at the other place, they get notified if a person falls in their apartment and can send somebody there right away.

My mom is very hard to please, but she always tells me how nice the staff is and shows me what she made in several craft activities. Loves the religious services

I would highly recommend staying away from this place. The Memory Care Unit is horrible and they are unable to deliver what they creatively use as selling points. When our parent was there each family of the 12 residents living there were highly dissatisfied. Their staff was grossly lacking in memory care knowledge and spent the majority of time of their phones. There was not one happy family there.

We were unable to go into the memory care area of Traditions at Camargo. They were a little bit more strict about that, so we just saw the main lobby and went into a private office. We saw the lobby and one of the communal dining areas. Because of COVID, they're limiting the amount of areas that you can see, and so we weren't able to tour the full facility. We just met with one of the people there. They were helpful. The facility is brand new, so everything is very nice. The amenities were pretty much the same as all the other places that we have looked at. It was comparable to anything we would compare it to.

My mom lived here for 5 months and we moved her because of poor care. The management team is poor. The food was awful. Most importantly, the care she received was poor. There were times when she waited 30-90 before someone responded to her call button. When I brought this up to management, I was told it would improve. It never did. This is a beautiful looking building and they say all the right things going in, but fail to deliver.

Traditions at Camargo was very nice, but the price was going to be so much for me or for my brother. He doesn't want anything too marvelous. The staff was very nice and accommodating with any questions that we had. It's brand new and very clean, but it felt more institutional and not as warm. They had a large community area near the entrance.
