My mother-in-law was in Mapleview Country Villa. It seemed like a nice place, everybody was friendly, and they were concerned about her. She had rehab there, and when she had some other issues going on they tended to that too. The facility was clean and was set up very nicely. The staff that I interacted with was very good. She did some physical and some occupational therapy there.

Like most facilities this one is very understaffed, but the patients are treated horribly the room smell like urine most days and my mother was left in her own urine and vomit until it dried and I came in and then they cleaned her up. Please do not put your loved in this facility unless you’re able to go there daily and check to make sure they’re treated like humans

My wife had an injury and she was at Mapleview Country Villa for a week for rehab. I was not happy with it. She came home in worse shape than when she got there and their therapy sessions were very short and not helpful. Most of them seemed caring but they were understaffed and too busy. So you don't get as much care as you need. My wife wasn't happy with the food but other than that it's a fairly nice facility. The food didn't satisfy my wife, just an example of cold pancakes for breakfast.

Uncaring and unresponsive administration. My husband was there for a week and passed away. They never even acknowledged his passing. During his stay- -The food was covered in so much gravy, no matter the meal. Spaghetti was even covered in gravy. Food was served uncovered, no gloves used. -During the mornings no one could even go in the room to open his window blinds or acknowledge his presence. There is so much more to say about this place; they need reported to the ombudsman. I understand that most facilities are running on agency personnel. This is truly ONLY staffed by agency; therefore, there is no accountability. Would not send my dog there let alone my loved one.

My mother was at Mapleview in 2016 and I can't say enough about the staff as they were very kind and professional with all of my mother's needs. It was a beautiful place for my mother when she needed to be cared for.

I just moved my mom into Mapleview and I have been nothing but impressed. She is so well taken care of and the staff has been so communicative. Kelly is the highlight of the admissions process as she makes the transition so easy. We are so happy to have the Mapleview team taking care of my mom - especially during these tough times that we cannot go in and help take care of her ourselves.

My friend was a private pay patient as he did not have Medicare yet. He was to receive therapy but received very little. The therapy staff made no effort to contact his doctor to get appropriate orders. The rooms are small, like hospital rooms. Food is pretty good. This nursing home is severely understaffed. It would take anywhere from half an hour to an hour or more for staff to respond to pages. At times I visited there was one staff person attending to 2-3 hallways, a physical impossibility.
