My friend is in the rehab center called Arbors at Carroll. The therapy staff there, which is why he's there, are excellent in terms of taking care of his needs both physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. All and therapists there were great. As with many facilities like this, they're somewhat short-staffed right now, which would probably be the largest negative, but I think you find that everywhere in current times. Overall, enjoyed the food and like the roommate that he has, they match them up well, which is good. They're very attentive. With COVID now, they're very careful and cautious with visitors and making sure that they mask up and give them shields, too. They're very careful and very serious about keeping all that stuff at bay, which is always good to know in those types of facilities. That's the environment that they're in and they're doing a good job of dealing with that the best that they can. We've been happy with being able to talk to the people we need to talk to when we need to talk to them. And my friend had a lot of medical appointments with rehab and they've been great with the transportation with that too so that's all been very good. Overall, it's a very, very positive experience. Most of it was paid through insurance and they haven't gotten a bill yet. He didn't participate in them but they offer activities.
