Brookdale Beavercreek has turned out to be the perfect fit for our loved one. Since the day he arrived (and multiple staff came to greet him and make him feel welcome) he has been happy & content. The complex is small, residents are kind and caring and the staff is highly involved. His apt is cleaned twice weekly, laundry completed and they are always cleaning & maintaining the property itself. He is encouraged to participate in activities and does so. Nursing staff is on it—great communication about his care. When touring properties, ask yourself what is the best fit for your loved one—we had a not great experience in a fancier setting, with lots of staff turnover. We highly recommend Brookdale Beavercreek.

Brookdale is a real nice place. Clean. All the employees are friendly, nice and always willing to help. I would highly recommend Brookdale. Employees will go out of their way to help the residents living there. If your are looking for a place for assisted living this is a wonderful place.

The community as a whole was nice but the rooms quite small. Molly at the Community was lovely and extremely pleasant and helpful to interact with. Overall Brookdale was nice, just not exactly what we were look for.

I have had family in this facility for over a year now. It's a nice place very clean they keep it very upbeat. But they seem to go through staff very quickly everyone has left that I met since we first started using this facility. The rooms are small and it's pricey compared to others in the market. They seem to send out notification each year where they just raise prices without any warning. They had a 15% price jump year before last and this year was another 6% price jump. After that we have been interviewing other facilities and speaking to nurses in the area and hopefully after meeting with broodale we can get this worked out or maybe moving on would be the best choice.

My mom has moved into Brookdale Beavercreek. They're great. They've been very good with her, so it's been helpful. I think her room feels very homey to her, which is important. The food is good; she likes it. They have quite a bit of activities and she has been doing a lot, so that has been good also. She does exercise every morning with a group, and I think that's been good. It has taken her a little while to get involved in that, but she is. It's pretty much all positive. So far, they've been really helpful. The staff have been really good. My mom's room has been fine for her, and she has a lot of room outside the room. They actually will do laundry, too. They have transportation, but I have not had to use that yet; I pretty much take her to her appointments. The dining room is good. They have different areas where they do activities and stuff. My mom has been pleased with it, so it has made the transition a lot easier.

My dad moved in at Brookdale Beavercreek. We chose it because of the price and the size of the room. The staff has all been attentive and quick to get to know the family, as well as my dad. They sent us home an apple pie the day we did the tour. I don't know if they made it or bought it, but it was good. Dad hasn't complained about the food. The dining room feels kind of like a cafeteria. I know that there is a piece of equipment in the same hallway that my father resides in, but I do not know if they have a gym, but they do have a salon on site.

After looking at assisted living facilities and visiting independent living facilities to move my Dad closer to me, we decided on an independent living facility. However, had we chosen assisted living Bookdale Beavercreek would have been the place we would have chosen. The sales director, Molly, was very helpful. I met other staff as we toured the facility and everyone was upbeat and helpful as well.

We went to the Brookdale Beavercreek, and we were very impressed. It was the atmosphere, and you could tell they cared about their residents. They are very personable, so it wasn't like you went in there and you went to your room and you stayed in your room. If you had your door open and you were in your room and they were walking by, they stopped and they had a conversation with you, they called you by name. They just don't say hello, and we really like that because it kind of seemed like a family atmosphere. It was clean and the way it was set up, it was set up in a U-shape. So it was easy to manipulate around, and you're not going to get lost, which is one thing you have to worry about for someone with Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's. The staff was very good. They have a beauty shop. They do game nights. They always pull the resident out of their room and kind of visit.

We're pretty happy with Brookdale Beavercreek. My mother seems to be thriving there. I like that they don't have a locked memory care unit. Their whole facility is secure, so she's not put in a locked ward. The staff is friendly and helpful. They had Trick or Treat, and they had all the residents sitting outside of their rooms sending out candies. Last week, they had their Thanksgiving dinner where they invited the residents and their families to all come. The food was pretty good.

Brookdale Beavercreek was older, but it was very nice. The people looked very nice as well. The thing I didn't like was the rooms were extremely small and it was a little bit more expensive. The place was very clean, bright, and cheery. Everything else seemed good except for the size of the rooms.

My mother has been at Sterling House of Beavercreek since October. We're very happy with it. We love the staff. They're very helpful. They're always there when you have a question. My mother is getting very good care there. The nurses love her. They visit with her all the time. She is really enjoying it. They have bingo a couple of times a week, and some high school kids come in and do cornhole with them. They go out on the bus occasionally to restaurants for meals. They have arts and craft things, and they do manicures. At Christmas time, they had some group of senior citizens singing song and a lot of other people singing and playing guitar. The reason I would rate it a 4 is the food. My mother doesn't care for the food too much. But it is extremely clean. I love her room. Her room is very spacious, and she was able to take most of her own living room furniture with her, so that made it feel more like home to her.

Sterling House is where we ended up leaving my mother-in-law, and it was absolutely beautiful and very nice. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I have absolutely nothing critical to say about the place at all. They were going to some senior citizens center, and my mother goes with them, I thought it was really nice that they gathered the people together and took them on little outings. After we went there, we didn’t go anywhere else.

We love the atmosphere of a connected community. You will never hear spoken here "not my job" because the care givers do it "all" they clean rooms and common areas, they assist with daily hygiene, they serve the meals, do the laundry and really value their residents welfare. It is a wonderful place to visit with my dad. We love everyone there, residents and the caring staff.

We're quite pleased with Sterling House, it's convenient to us and my dad's happy. The staff is great. I noticed a room that needed repairs though. My dad is happy with the food so far.

It was a smaller facility, but I met the chef and I am very favourably impressed with the food
