During this time of COVID concern the process for visitation is difficult but even at that I can visit my wife through her window, bring flowers that can be left on the window ledge, talk to her by phone, and best of all we can see each other regularly. I appreciate the staff thinking about how to make it work, rather than why it can't or won't. I think the rooms are excellent, and the staff work hard to make this a top rate facility.

My grandmother's basic needs were met but she was overmedicated, and obvious serious health issues were missed by nurses.

Very comfortable atmosphere and staff was extremely welcoming and assuring that my loved one was being cared for. I'm extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend

I had a relative stay here who was overmedicated badly and had horrible experiences trying to get a response from aides and nurses. I felt completely disrespected, my relative felt she was being cared for in a third-world country, and the rooms were cramped and the shared bathrooms were filthy. The employees seemed unhappy and stressed. The residents were sad and uncommunicative. My relative begged to be taken out of this home and we chose a different facility the next time she needed care.

Overall, the staff at the nursing home was polite and courteous. I wasn't greeted as a guest when I entered the facility, but thankfully I had no problems finding where I needed to go. As for the room, I noticed that my great aunt had a bedridden roommate who mostly slept. The room did seem rather cramped for two people. While visiting, an orderly made his rounds and asked my great aunt and her roommate if they needed anything. He was extremely polite and friendly, and my relative obviously appreciated the extra attention he gave the residents. In addition to the comments above, the facility also appeared to be a clean working condition. The residents' beds, from what I saw, seemed to have fresh sheets and everyone's needs were being taken care of. There really wasn't much activity going on, as it was quiet time, so there was naturally a nice, serene atmosphere.
