Bath Manor Special Care Centre was nice. The staff wasnt always available when needed. My mom had a nice, shared room. They weren't fully equipped to deal with someone with dementia, but they do have a memory care facility.

Terrible care and aides are awful. Sometimes it took an hour for the call light to be answered. Food is nasty, I had food brought in because its so bad. I ended up loseing 80 pounds. i dont recommend this place only as a last resort.

If you truly want your loved one to receive good care, you will NOT want to take them to Bath Manor. My mother "rehabbed" here following major surgery. Much of the staff was unfriendly or just indifferent. Her "port-a-potty" was sometimes emptied, and sometimes not! Food was awful—we brought in most of her meals (takeout or home-cooked). This place does not have an atmosphere that is conducive to healing!

I was here for a few months and have nothing good to say except the poor health care aides try....but they are micro managed, overworked, need more staff. The food is horrible, my pets have better options....please don't send your family here

My mother has been living in Bath Manor Special Care for nine months now. Close family friends have been there also on a temporary basis so I've been familiar with it for several years. The staff working there is very caring and knowledgable. I like the fact that my mother's room is always clean. She is relatively content when she is not anxious with her state. The dining room is right in the area because she is in an alzheimers unit. She is also behind two locked doors. Overall, the place is secured enough for my mother.

Bath Manor Special Care Centre was where my mother-in-law stayed. It was our second choice facility but we had no problems so far. The place was carpeted and with beautiful furniture around. It smelled clean which was unusual for a nursing home. All the staff we met at different shifts were friendly and pleasant.
