The Horizon Center is located in the quiet, coastal neighborhood of Arverne, New York. Conveniently situated in the borough of Queens, Arverne provides its residents with easy access to some of the best hospitals, research centers and other health care facilities that New York City has to offer.The Horizon Center is a residential care facility that offers nursing and rehabilitation services to seniors. Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day to supervise patients and assist them with treatment and medication.
