My grandmother has been in this facility for 10 years. Unfortunately, it has been a HORRIBLE experience. Constant neglect. We have to fight to make sure they get her out of bed, fed, and showered....

Toured the facility. Rooms were clean, flat screen tvs. Pleasant, caring staff tending to patients. Additionally, there were trivia games announced throughout visit, as well as a up to date lobby...
