We are at Holiday Creekside Terrace. It's nice, but we are still packing up stuff from our old place and moving. We haven't gotten to stay there long enough to give a good overview yet, but we like it. The people are friendly. The staff is very good. In every way that we've had contact with them, they've been very, very helpful. They are right by all three hospitals and the doctors' offices. They're in the middle of renovation, so it's nice in there getting everything just redone. The places that they've already done are nice. Our apartment is a one-bedroom, and it's nice.

I toured Holiday Creekside Terrace. I liked everything about that place. I fell in love with it because of the patios. I probably would not be able to afford the one that I want. They, too, have 3 or 4 different sizes of apartments, so from the efficiency up to I think two bedrooms also. The one bedroom that I found that I wanted was gorgeous. They do have a craft room, but I have a lot of crafts, so I need the room to keep my craft. It would have a section for me and just have my craft area. That particular apartment has a space right off the parking lot. My family or visitors wouldn't even have to go through the one main door. They could come just straight near my door, and the patio was huge. They all are nice, but this one's huge. I would have plenty of space for sitting down and enjoying the sun. I'm a veteran and I would love to have a service dog. I would like to have a pet. There, I can have that. So that would be another thing I liked about them, and the staff was just great. I mean, they make you feel like family.

There rooms were neatly cleaned. We loved how open the community was. My grandmother would love it there. After our tour they invited us for lunch. That was awesome to get to sit with the residents to see how they liked living there.

I toured Holiday Creekside Terrace. The rooms are very clean, and the dining area is clean. The staff showed us the different amenities that they offer. They have a chapel and an exercise area. They have a Saturday matinee. She showed us where the salon was and where they do group activities and stuff. This place is very, very clean. They don't have an odor in there. You can't smell anything. You can tell it is very clean, and that they take very good care of the place. The staff was very knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed. She showed us several rooms and even rooms that we weren't interested in. They were all excellent. The staff introduced us to other staff members. They didn't just walk past us and not say anything. They all spoke to us. And even when she wasn't there, they all spoke to us.

We have signed a lease with Holiday Creekside Terrace for my dad. We chose this place because of what they offered, the price point, the friendliness and kindness of the administrative staff there, and their willingness to continually work with us.

We toured Holiday Creekside Terrace. The apartments were ridiculously small, that's for the 1-bedroom and the 2-bedrooms. They were just tiny, I have more room in my living room than the entire 1-bedroom apartment. The amenities were nice, it was a very classy place, and the facility itself was nice. I saw their dining area, it was also nice. They had several different exercise classes scheduled, board games and bingo were very popular options. They have crafts activities, and the schedule was nice and full. So they seem to have a lot of things for the people to do. Their staff seems to be friendly. The first lady who came in to talk to us and gave us a tour was coughing so badly, she had to go get somebody else to finish the tour. She said her health was fine, it was a little bit off-putting.

I visited Holiday Creekside Terrace. They were excellent. They showed me a one-bedroom. The layout was great. They showed me the eating room, the exercise room, and the laundry. It was upscale, so it was good, and it looked clean. The outdoor area looked good. They showed me the areas around it. Everything looked good.

My mother has been in Creekside Terrace for years now. All they have is independent living. They have lots of activities and events, and then also the availability of OT and PT. They're friendly and helpful, and they keep it very clean. They've modernized the facility, and there's constant upkeep. They did well during COVID. They didn't have any major breakouts, so they didn't have to lockdown like a lot of places did. My mom likes the food. It's very reasonably priced. The grounds are very nice and well kept. She's got a decent-sized studio with a decent-sized kitchenette. They have laundry facilities on each floor. They have balconies. They have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available. They don't have levels of care, although people can come in and care for them.

Creekside Terrace was a very nice and new facility. It was very clean and the residents whom we spoke with were very happy to live there, and very welcoming to my dad. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating towards the needs my dad would have once he's ready. They have nice outside grounds, they provide meals, and they have a nice laundry room. We liked the rooms themselves, especially because many of the ground floor rooms had doors that opened up onto a terrace, as well as many of the upstairs rooms. So, it's like you have your own little patio. It's very nice and everything seemed to be in excellent shape.

I went to tour Creekside Terrace Winston Salem-NC. I was very pleased, and I think I would be happy at that location and make a lot of new friends. I pretty much like everything. Nothing stood out for me, but I was pleased with what I saw. I did not have a meal, but the meals are included. There are three meals a day. I liked the lady that gave me the tour. She was very nice. They have a library. Overall, I was pleased with it and I know what to expect. I looked at several rooms, but I didn't care for the countertop. I thought it looked inexpensive. They have activities. They were playing kind of like volleyball. They were sitting in their chairs and bouncing a balloon back and forth. I like that, and I thought that was interesting.

My mom has moved into Creekside Terrace. So far, it's good. We chose them because of the cost. The staff is wonderful. The facility is very nice, beautiful, and clean. The food seems to be very good, and she seems to enjoy it. They have bingo, card games, and a movie theater.

My friend stayed at Creekside Terrace for about six months. When she went in, Covid was already in a fix, so she was quarantined for two weeks in her room. As the Covid number started climbing, she particularly did not want to get out of her room that much, so she did not participate in the activities, although they had quite a few that she could have. In the dining room, they made it so that only one person sat at a table but fit in four tables together. My friend didn't want to do that, she just didn't want to be around anybody and get Covid, so they brought her meals to her room. Other than not being able to get out, which was her decision, I think everything was fine. They had a lady who cleaned the apartment every other week. She met some friends in the hallway, too. She would stand at her door and talk to them. In fact, she had a little dog and one of the ladies at the hallway would come and get her little dog and take it for a walk. She had a little problem one time with one of the staff and she complained to the manager. That got all straightened up though, and the person came and apologized to her. At first, she seemed to think the food was really good, but as time went on, she said the quality was not that good anymore. One time, she got one that was already spoiled, like a chicken salad, and some of the other residents complained about it, too. I don't know if it's because they had a change in staff, but I know one time they were having a hard time trying to find staff.

I have been to Creekside Terrace many times. I have always said I'll go to Creekside, but they don't have assisted living, and that is the only reason I don't go there. I went in there as a guest and they invited me for lunch. They had wonderful food. They do when they're expecting guests, of course. I was very impressed and always thought I would live there, but as my sight keeps failing more and more, I think I have to go to a place where I could get assistance. They do have some blind people in there, but I have other needs. I have to catheterize myself and they don't have nurses over there. They can call them in, but they don't have them on site.

When we first moved here 4.5 years ago we were apart of the activities. I love the entertainment and the activities offered are good they keep our body and mind active. The food is good. I had a problem with my doctor ordering something that I needed and I was not able to get it, staff went and picked up what I needed without me asking or telling me. This meant the world to me. Thank you Creekside Staff.

My dad moved into Creekside August 1st and he really likes it. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facilities are awesome and they have everything he needs. It is in a wonderful location that has doctor's offices, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, banking and anything else your loved one needs with about a 5-7 minute drive. Creekside is a great place to be!

When I first came here I had been in 3 other communities. They were ok, but this one Creekside Terrace is different than I have ever seen. The people here are happy and when they are happy they make me happy. The employees are so good. I look for things to tell them they are not doing right but I can't find any :). I'm still looking. The food is excellent, but you cannot please 100 people each day.

The sales associate went above and beyond helpful. Delightful to work with - provided superior assistance, knowledgeable. Director of the facility was always available to provide insight, assist in the move-in, provided valuable assistance in locating medical personnel and made my friend's transition to independent living a breeze. The grounds are manicured and the "clientele" are out-going and friendly. Haven't yet tried the food but I've been advised that it's a class act.

Creekside Terrace was very nice. The residents looked very happy. I thought it was a very nice place, but my mom needs care and I don't understand the whole concept of how they care about the people over there. The apartment was nice. The feeling that I got there was very good. However, most of the people there could take care of themselves and that's not what I'm looking for. The place was a little older looking but it was nice. I like it there.

My visit at Creekside Terrace was good. The living atmosphere was fine, I walked in and they were decorating for Easter. The staff looked pretty friendly, and they were very interactive with the residents. They were the most interactive that I saw. The dining room is like a restaurant.

Creekside Terrace is a very nice place and they just told me that they now have a company that will staff the facilit y24/7. It's a la carte if you need some services during the day or night, but they will be there. They have good food, good selections, and nice people.

Creekside Terrace was wonderful. Dominique, the manager, took very good care of my needs as far as looking at different types of apartments. She also offered us dinner so we could see how the menu was. She also gave us information on assisted care and let us know all the perks they offer as far as travel. I had a wonderful visit. The employees were wonderful. The waitresses were very pleasant and kind to the other residents in the facility. It was great. The food was very tasty and they had a variety. The place was very clean, organized, and the common areas were very neat. There were enough activities for the people to do. The restrooms were clean.

I was extremely impressed with Creekside Terrace. The apartments were larger than I was expecting, and they're very well laid out. The kitchen facilities are perfect for a senior and there seemed to be a lot of activities. They have a beautiful dining room. Overall, it was a very good visit. They showed me a 1-bedroom apartment with a living room, den area, kitchenette, and one bathroom. There's a Bridge group, a knitting circle, there are some spaces where people can play board games, they have movie nights, and they have a popcorn machine. They serve three meals, and it's one flat price each month. The young lady who showed us around was very informative and willing to work with me, very easygoing, but still thorough. She took me all over the facility and even described the walking trails. The staff members were very upbeat and friendly. They wanted me to stay for a meal, but I did not have the time.

Creekside Terrace was a beautiful facility. I especially liked the balconies that they had, but their location wasn’t what I was looking for for my mom. It was clean, and the people were nice, but the manager that gave me the tour was a little pushy; there was a whole lot sort of chaos with her.

I loved Creekside Terrace. It was a nice place. It was very friendly, and I thought it was very professional. The rooms were nice. They had a lot to do. There were events almost daily. Two days a week, they would take them out to outings or doctor’s appointments so that was good. It felt very much like home and a very safe environment as well. It provides escalated services, so it could be just a place for senior living up to a place that would provide care for someone.

The rooms were very nice at Creekside Terrace, but they don't have full kitchens. There was a library and exercise rooms, and they had trips and planned exercise. The people were very nice and welcoming. The dining area was adequate, not cramped, spacious, and clean.

Creekside Terrace was a very nice place. I loved it. They took us on a tour. I just loved the people. I loved the way it was laid out. We had lunch with them, and I thought it was very organized. The atmosphere, and the way they way that the people were stood out to me. They had a washer, and drier on each floor. They had a walk-in area outside, and I liked that. They cook for them three times per day. It was wonderful place.

I’ve been to Creekside. It was relatively new and had balconies and patios for the rooms. I didn’t like how they served the food nor did I like the taste of the food itself. However, they had a bowl of fruit available. The units were appropriate, and the hallways were very attractive.

Creekside Terrace was a lovely, very clean establishment. The people were very friendly and treated me like royalty, and as somebody who hadn't visited one of these places before, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. They were very nice to me and to my son when he came over to see it. I have nothing but good things to say about it. I ate their food, and I thought it was very good. They have a professional chef who did the cooking, and if they didn't have something on the menu that you wanted, they'd fix you something. I would love to have been able to move in; they had an empty apartment and they were able to put me in, but I'm too financially unable to afford the price they're asking.

Creekside Terrace was a very nice place. They said dogs were accepted there, which I did not know about; I have an allergy to dogs, and I didn't know if would be able to go in because it could make my allergy worse. One thing I noticed is that they have exercise equipment, which is very vital to what I need because I need to be exercising daily. I would recommend it. It was a good place. I had lunch there. They had a good cook, so there was good food options to choose from.

The staff member who accommodated us at Creekside Terrace was very helpful, showed me different rooms, and answered all of my questions. The thing I liked the most is that they have patio. I also liked that when you walk in, the first thing you saw was a big, open space with a winding staircase. I like the cleanliness of it. The people were very friendly.

Creekside Terrace has been great. They have a very friendly and attentive staff that has been a great help. From my father's perspective, he thinks the food is fantastic. In fact, even my wife and I have eaten there with him, and it was very nice and very well done. The residents and the staff have both been very welcoming. My father is a veteran, and there are other veterans there. They did a very nice job of kind of recognizing that service because it meant a lot to him. The staff has been fantastic, and they were extremely supportive during this transition period. They helped me kind of understand all of the things that I needed to be dealing with, and I am very thankful for it. He is thrilled with the room because it is very nice. I was actually surprised that in this particular facility, many of the rooms have balconies. The facilities themselves are in a nice quiet area of town, and it is perfect. It is close to where we live, and I was able to get over there frequently. I respect the fact that they don't force the activities on the residents. They make them available, and the residents can either take advantage or not take advantage of whatever they want. They have multiple exercise classes per week and a lot of classes focusing on balance. They have dancing lesson, group sing-alongs, bingo, and Wii bowling, and there are trips outside that take can take. One thing my father really enjoys is the bi-weekly sessions where the veterans gather which gives them a chance to tell their stories. He and a lot of them particularly enjoy that part. This place is spot on for his needs, and it solves the challenges we were facing prior to him moving in there.

We found Creekside Terrace for my mother and we were just working on the paper works involved. We chose it because it offered everything that my mother would be needing like immediate care, a live-in manager, food, activities, and rides. I liked the cleanliness of it and the open, bright, airiness of the whole building, as well as the access to outside gardens, and the staff. Their food was a typical type, but their chef that did pretty good. He made some special items of the normal menu. The staff was super friendly, very nice, and the residents even helped us tour. They were enthusiastic. The rooms were a bit small, but a few of the rooms had a balcony or porch of the room. They were extremely clean and very nice. They had activities like they baking cookies for firemen, dancing, singing, and crafting.

I had chosen Creekside Terrace but I wouldn't be able to move in for a couple of months. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything was so fresh and clean. It was in a beautiful location and it was close to everything. The staff was so friendly and so courteous. The apartments were wonderful. They have lots of activities and they always have something going on. They had a luau the other night, though I was not able to attend, my daughter went there and she said it was wonderful. The people had a ball. I visited four other places, but I kept coming back to Creekside Terrace because there was something about it that I felt so comfortable. I'm hooked on this one.

We’re looking at Creekside Terrace for my parents. It’s a multi-level facility and they have a one bedroom unit which would work. The rooms have a kitchen area but it doesn’t have a stove, only a microwave and a refrigerator. They have a paying dining area on the main floor and they do provide three meals a day. The food was very good. They have a company that provides services to the residents if we think my parents are going to need that. It seemed a very friendly community.

I was impressed with Creekside Terrace. It was expensive, but it was a very pretty place. There were lots of artworks on the wall. The living environment seemed pleasant. The staff was nice. They have activities there. They have social evenings and I did go to one of those events. I would recommend this place.
