I moved into Coventry House Inn three weeks ago. It is a lovely community that's very convenient to an assisted living community where my sister lives; I can just walk over and see her anytime I want. Coventry House Inn is a very nice-looking place. They keep it clean and neat. They have small, medium, and large rooms. I'm in a large room. The people are very nice. The food is good. They have bingo, sing-a-longs, and Wednesday night services for activities. We also have different pastors whocome in and talk to us. They could do more activities, but we don't have an activity director here.

We toured Coventry House Inn, and my mother liked them because it seemed cheerful. The staff seemed really pleasant and friendly. It didn't seem put on. It seemed real. It was clean, nice looking, and in a good location. It looked like a quiet, peaceful location. They do bingo and other activities. They bring people to present music and things. The main thing my mom couldn't do for herself anymore was to prepare her meals, cle an up her apartment, and stuff like that. They do all of that, and they even do her laundry and put it away. It's really a nice setup for her because she's not ready for assisted living, but this will be a nice next step. I thought it was very pleasant. The place is not brand new, but it doesn't look unkempt or rundown. It looks really nice.

Coventry House Inn in Oxford takes their residents out on trips a little bit less compared to their sister community. The rooms were very clean and they are very well-taken care of. The staff cleans the residents very well and they have what they need. They provide meals, it's a very homey, and a nice place. There's not much in the way of entertainment and they don't really do many activities. They have a place for snacks and snacks are available all the time. The staff provides what they like and the dining hall is amenable. According to their policies, they do not lead visitors in and that would exclude entertainment coming in and outside activities, but I wish there' were more activities and events that could be done in-house. The staff is very polite and helpful, but the price is more expensive than another place we visited.
