Mom has been at Sunset Creek Commons for 4 years now. She has a really nice apartment there. She wears a medical alert necklace. The thing that I like the best is the manager and the maintenance help. They stay on top of things, and they are very responsive if there's an issue with the apartment. The place is very clean. They have a no smoking policy, which I like. If they catch someone smoking, then they are evicted. They go into the apartments twice a year to inspect them and make sure that people are keeping their apartments clean. If not, they are given a timeline of cleaning it up. They have a meeting room that they can use. Occasionally, they have a potluck dinner.

It says it is a non smoking facility but has a smoking area and you can't have open windows on that end of the building for the stink. The halls and elevator stink from all the heavy smokers. The activity rooms also are not what they say they are. The employees (only have 2) are very nice.
