My mom moved into Senior Retreat at Park Crossing a week ago. It is a single residence, a very nice neighborhood, and close to my family members. But she also is the sixth lady that lives in the home, and we just felt that this is smaller she would get better care. The staff members are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to help when we ask. I've seen them do chair exercises. They also do paintings. I've seen the artwork that they've done. My mom has a very large bedroom. She has her own bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. She is receiving help with the toilet and brushing her teeth. They did home-cooked meals there, so the residents eat together.

Strong sales pitch, but the reality is a nightmare. No activities, high turnover, and a condescending owner that has no care or compassion. All about the money, and the he’ll raise the rates on you at every turn.
