Family member with Alzheimer's constantly not dressed in AM and put into dining area with only a skimpy night gown on and a throw thrown over her legs. I've had to file written complaints, but never see a written corrective action. After complaining she is dressed for a while, but not consistent. I'm constantly having to purchase more clothing for member because her clothes (that are being laundered at this facility) keep disappearing even though they are tagged. Member has developed a UTI . Very disappointed.

Their administrative services are Awful! They don't return calls in a timely fashion and are one of the most difficult companies I have ever worked with in my entire life. I was actually scheduled to meet with the local television station to address my concerns publicly but had to cancel due to a major scheduling conflict on my behalf. Make sure you review your family members billing information thoroughly! There were a select number of conscientious employees that worked there but it was just a job to the majority of them. I must admit it truly takes a special type of person to work in these types of facilities to say the least simple because there is never a dull moment. I moved my mother home with us for a period of time because I could not rest well knowing the conditions she was living under.A rule of thumb, use this option as your very last result to say the least.

I have regularly visited a resident of Clear Creek over the past year and a half, and have been concerned for the lack of care, the cleanliness of his room, and the poor quality of food. If you place your loved one here, plan to visit them daily to ensure proper care.

Unfortunately my father was a rehab resident there for two weeks after a fall and surgery during the COVID restrictions October 2021. He will tell you it was the worst two weeks of his life. The facility was beautiful and clean but the staff and care was so very disappointing ! I pray that the COVID restrictions were partially to blame but I am not certain. My father was almost blind and we were not allowed in his room to help him. He received the most help from his roommate in a bed unable to move himself. He became my dad’s eyes. My dad repeatedly told us nobody would answer his call bell and when they came to his room they acted aggravated he needed help. My dad is an independent veteran who rarely asked for anything and to this day lives alone doing for himself. I saw as I visited him the uncaring attitude of the staff. Yes I am sure they were understaffed and overworked and I will give them that but to treat a helpless blind broken elderly man the way they treated my father is inexcusable. I could not get a call back the one time I tried to talk to his caregivers. We took him home early at his request after two weeks. So sad such a beautiful facility was lacking in human empathy and care. I would not recommend this rehab to anyone. It’s been a year and the decision to take him home was the right one !

My brother is at Clear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The staff seems nice, friendly, and helpful. They have a pretty good rapport with the people there. You don't have that typical overpowering nursing home smell when you walk in. They keep it clean. They had a Halloween party and early Thanksgiving supper a couple of weeks ago. They play bingo every week and there are other activities as well.

Lack of proper education and signs/posting for visitors regarding precautions. Staff spoke in demeaning manner, rather than educating in a constructive manner.

My sister is at Clearcreek.. I have nothing but praise for the services offered and the staff. Everyone has been welcoming and kind. I am so relieved to have found a nursing home that I know will take good care of my sister.

My father is in Clear Creek Nursing and Rehab Center. I’m there once a week, minimum. Their staff is not always accessible because they’re understaffed. Many times, the staff members are overworked or standing around talking with one another, having a jolly good time. The rooms are clean, but sometimes they could use a little more cleaning. It’s very close to where we live. My father’s an eater, and I think he likes the food. It’s set up almost like a pod system. They have a certain number of rooms or hallways and then a small dining room and they have 4 or 5 of those different areas throughout the home. It’s fairly new, bright, well-lit, and attractive. The one thing that they can improve on is their laundry service.

We temporarily had her at Clear Creek, and I moved her out immediately. She was there for two days, and I moved her out. They did not pay attention to her, they were not giving her medicines on time, and the food was terrible. She could call a nurse, and it would take 20 minutes for them to come and check on her, if they ever showed up. She would ask for her medications, and they'd forget to give them to her. One thing I've had was just a terrible experience. The room was gorgeous. It was a nice, large room, and very clean, but it was just the staff that was the issue. Their staff ratio to patients was way too high. They need to work on the responsiveness of their staff to the patients' needs. You could tell the people didn't want to be there. They didn't care to be there, had no interest in being at work, and wanted to socialize instead of paying attention to their residents.
