My husband was allowed to develop bed sores that were the worst his new facility has ever seen. Because of Covid, visitors were not allowed so in my husbands case, he was neglected and was taken out after he became unable to walk and placed in a skilled nursing facility where it was discovered he had 13 bed sores!! The wound center is still trying to treat three of the worst as the SNF is working diligently to help his wounds heal but he’s fading fast. I doubt he’ll still be alive at Christmas. He has Alzheimer’s and Springview didn’t take care of him properly.

My mother was just admitted there today. So far I am impressed with the level of care and quite frankly the attitude and friendliness of the staff I have met so far. I am very happy she ended up there. She was impressed to when she first got there.as well by what she saw. It is a small place which I like as well.

My grandmother is in Springview, and it is wonderful. They call me if she's having a bad day. They took her to the hospital twice, and they are taking care of all her medical needs. The staff is positive, caring, and very patient. She shares a room with another lady. She doesn't have a bathroom in her room, but she has a bathroom outside of her door. It is nice and clean. She doesn't participate in the activities, but I know they have speakers come in. They have people come in and play music. I have not eaten there, but I have been there when she eats, and she loves it. The communications the staff has with the family is impeccable. There are only 12 people. It is cheaper, and it is a lot more personalized.

Springview Assisted Living is a small place and it only has six residents so it's actually like a home. My stepfather has a private room and all of the staff are very nice. They have this family-like atmosphere in the place. The staff provided very good service and they also provide meals three times a day. I would recommend them because they are a small facility and that means they have less people and there is not a whole lot of noise.

Springview is a small facility, but I chose it over the larger ones because they are small. The aides that work there are ANGELS on earth. They show patience, compassion, respect and love to all of their residents, from the owner down to the aides. I have nothing but praise for them. My Mom has been there a little over ayear and these are wonderful people and the answer to my prayers about the care they give to her. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and all of them at Springview are this type. They care for Mom just like I would, and better. Their food must be good, my mom has gained weight while she has been there. Bless them all!
