I went to The Carlucci Home - Assisted Living for Ladies. The staff is absolutely lovely. I was there for about an hour. They are very, very competent people. The food is excellent. I would eat the food. The place is very clean. They have tons of activities. I saw pictures with different groups from the neighborhood, like Girl Scouts come in, Boy Scouts come in, other groups during holidays, they have a lot. They have a full agenda that is clearly visible. The room settings, I guess you could get a studio or a separate room, but the room that I was trying to get for my friend is two bedrooms, and so you have a roommate. You don't have to have a roommate. I thought it was super good, very good, and to add to that, they have advanced skilled care, like say if you need for whatever reason more help than assisted living. Assisted living is basically they're providing you meals, helping you with what you need, but if you get a little stick or something like that, or maybe can't do what you normally do, then they are qualified to help to do that. They have a nurse on staff. They have a social worker right there. Everything is right there. I thought that was ideal, but she didn't want to pay that much money, which I thought was fair. But she didn't want to pay that amount of money, but it was like I thought that was the best place that I visited.

What I like best about The Carlucci Home-Assisted Living for Ladies is it's a home setting. There's not a commercial flavor to it. It's a regular home. It was extremely nice. It's great. The rooms were comfortable. I spoke to the owner of the company and she's very understanding.

I went to The Carlucci Home - Assisted Living for Ladies. It was a really wonderful tour. The nurses on-staff and the woman who runs the organization were incredibly friendly and informative. I felt like I learned a lot about what a high level of care that my grandma deserves, and I just felt very supported. I think it's about 20 bedrooms. It's incredibly clean and well set up. There's a lot of nurses on-staff. They seemed really kind and caring. They had both semiprivate and private rooms. They had a number of activities that they do, like a number of crafting activities (and I know there's more than that). The food looked really good. We were there when they were eating lunch, and it looked delicious.

We have found a place for my mom, and it's The Carlucci Home. The staff was very attentive and caring. The residents looked very well cared for and very happy. It was very home-like. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and decorated really nicely. They took a great safety precaution. The ratio of staff members to residents seemed very, very well-appointed and thought out. It just made me feel like my mom would get such great care there. It just felt like home. They have a beautiful dining room area and a beautiful kitchen area. They also have a beautiful patio deck area that overlooks the mountain. They have a little garden. They have a chair lift from the outside. The residents were outside. When they want to come up to the deck area, they could take that chair lift if they need it. They have music, crafts, and bingo. When I went there, the residents just had finished having a wonderful lunch. They were kind of sitting around in the dining room, and they had music playing and they were talking. It just seemed like all the residents are very happy and cared for.
