My mom moved to Fox Run at Orchard Park. It's been a very good experience, and the nursing staff is very attentive and compassionate. The food is good. She's in a semi-private and large room that accommodates two people very well. The building is wonderful, I have no problems with it, it's well-kept and clean. The staff there is very helpful and caring. They have separate dining areas for separate wings of the facility. They're small cafeteria-style, where they put them at the tables and then they bring the food to them.

Fox Run at Orchard Park is beautiful, and I think it's going to be perfect for my dad. Right now, it's more difficult to judge it with COVID, but the food, the amenities, the layout, and the ambiance of the place are all just spectacular. I liked the fact that there are different levels of care, and that he can go in and live independently, but should he need additional care, it's just right there on the premises. We're very pleased with the facility and the people there, too. We had a taste of the food there a year or two ago when we were looking for other options, and the food was exceptional. To me, they're just top of the line, all across the board. They have nice grounds, gardens, a pool table, a rec center, a swimming pool, exercises, physical therapy, a woodworking shop, and a lot more. In fact, the last time I was over there, all the ladies were together playing Wii Bowling, so they were having a good time.

At Fox Run at Oak Park you can go into assisted living. We visited the independent living section, but we know that they also have assisted living at the same complex. The staff members were very nice, caring, understanding, and easy to talk to. We are there, and it was wonderful. Overall, if you can afford it, that's the place to go.

We have friends in Fox Run, they are smaller than the other facility but they have a similar environment. The food was excellent. The patio homes we were interested in but they didn't have one they can show us. They are building more and they do have life care which is what we are interested in. We weren't sure we would want to be travelling from the south though, we'd rather come from the north down to Buffalo.
