Woodbrook is very friendly and a very positive place. My sister requires minimal care, mainly with her medications, and they've been great with that. We've just been very pleased, and she's been very pleased, too. She has a nice-sized room with a private bathroom and a shower that is level with the floor. There are handrails to assist with her balance, and each day they announce when it's lunchtime and dinnertime, so people don't forget. They also offer transportation to appointments for people who need it. The food is very good and the people are served individually. They get to choose from two main courses each day, and two lighter dinners each day. The menu rotates every six weeks, so you have a lot of variety. By the time another six weeks rolls around, you can choose something that wasn't the one you chose last time. The dining area is beautiful. The tables are always set with tablecloths and cloth napkins. They were replacing the sprinkler system when my sister moved in. When they had to do her room, she was given another room for the day so that she didn't have to be disturbed, but she could be in the room if she wanted to. They have lots of activities for the residents and thhey can come and go as they please. So, it's been wonderful.

My dad will move into Woodbrook. It's excellent. The staff is very nice and friendly. It's a very clean facility. The room is good-sized and clean. They have quite a few activities. They go on trips, they have a theater room, they have a pool room, they have an exercise area, and they have a library. They got quite a bit of stuff there.

Woodbrook had everything you could imagine in life. It was extremely highly decorated. It was fall when I visited and it had all these leaves, fall colors, wreaths, scarecrows, pumpkins, and hay everywhere. It was decked out and looked beautiful. They also have a beautiful dining room and they supplied the meals (three meals a day), a snack bar that you could go to 24/7, a separate kitchen area, and a family room. You could bring your family in and have dinners. The apartments were beautiful, too. The staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions and I ran into some people (several doctors) that I knew, who were there visiting.

Woodbrook is one of the cleanest, friendliest and nicest assisted living facility you can find in the Southern Tier. My father-in-law lived there till he passed, and we visited many, many times. It's well-run with lots of activities, both with outings and parties. He was happy there, and one of his favorite times was when he sang in the annual talent show. We had his 80th birthday party in one of the private dining rooms. He was very well loved and cared for by the staff. I highly recommend Woodbrook.

Woodbrook's grounds were nice and the rooms were big. The facility was all on one level, so it afforded more indoor walking. The dining area was good and very acceptable, and the menu was excellent.
