Enrolling my father for an assisted living program at Oceanview Manor is one of the most memorable decisions I ever made. As my father ages, I always wanted him to stay healthy and happy, but it’s all to no avail. This changed when I enrolled my father at Oceanview Manor. He really enjoyed his time in the home.

I toured Ocean View Manor yesterday. I liked the room setting, and my father will have a roommate. The facility is very clean and the staff is OK. She showed me the view of the beach. The setting is good so far.

Oceanview Manor was nice and clean, and the people there were friendly. The staff was nice and polite, they were very friendly, and helpful too. They have nice and spacious rooms for the individual. They weren't having activities when I visited because of the COVID-19. I haven't tried their food, but the people there seemed to enjoy it.

It’s a very good place. The staff warmly welcomed me and took me around the place. I saw the lounge place and the recreation room, everything looks quite amazing. With the interior decorations, the ocean view, and meals. I must say Oceanview Manor is a really good place for adults to keep body and soul together.

Some months back, I was searching for a reliable home for adults where I could enroll my mother for an assisted living program. A friend told me about Oceanview Manor, which I was skeptical about initially. With one mind, I enrolled my mother. The last time I spoke with my mother, her heart was full of joy and she’s really glad to be in this home.

I and my wife took the courage of trusting Oceanview Manor home for adults with our healthcare needs. Since we’ve been in the Oceanview Manor home, we’ve never for once regret our decision. Living in this conducive environment with friendly staff is a memorable experience for us. We can’t but say a big thank you to the management and staff of Oceanview Manor home for adults.

Oceanview Manor home for adults & Assisted Living Program is genuinely a wonderful place for our adults. The home is located very close to the ocean where adults can get a refreshing feeling viewing the ocean right from their rooms. Ocean Manor HFA & Assisted Living Program is also well loaded with sophisticated equipped for a standard living. Highly recommendable!

We did not go with Oceanview Manor. They didn't have a Medicaid program for my dad. They gave us the whole tour, they were very limited in regards to the outside, the area itself was not appealing, they had a vacant lot across the street, and it had a lot of garbage. It was the most affordable, but it was not something that really caught our attention. It wasn't a very inviting place, a lot of people were roaming in the hallways, and some people were sleeping in the hallways. When we got there, they were upset because we made an appointment for Saturday, they requested not to make appointments for Saturday, and no one could give us a tour. The receptionist said, "You came from a long way, okay, I will show you around." The gesture of the girl was very nice, because we explained to her where we came, but they were going to send us back home because there was no one there to see us.

I liked Oceanview Manor's location because it's not difficult to get to depending where you live. The pricing was good. I liked all the open areas for recreation and the comfortable living arrangements. The staff was really nice, and I really liked them. They're very interested in showing them the best they have. The apartments were nice, cozy, and had everything in it. The food wasn't bad.

Oceanview Manor was very nice, but there's not much public transportation. It's a very modern and elegant building. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and gave me a lot of information. The room was nice, clean, and pretty comfortable. They watch TV, they play games, they exercise, and they take them out on the patio or to look at the sea. The dining room was very nice. It's a cafeteria type dining room, but it's better. They have fruit available at all times. They have an exercise room. I really liked it. If the times comes for me to go somewhere, it would be there.

Oceanview Manor was nice and clean. Everything was good. I found no fault, no negativity. The staff took me to the room, the lunch room, and recreation room. The dining area was clean and nice. Nothing was going on when I was there. Everybody was in their room. The location was nice.

This place looks more like a rehab center than assisted living. I did some research while looking for a place for my mother and was shocked at how unwelcoming and dirty this place is. I dropped by unannounced, someone told me it was nice but they had scheduled a visit. I didn't give them a chance to prepare, I saw their day to day, and it was lacking. I feel sorry for those forced to be there.

I recently went to visit this facility to possibly place my mother. I was pleasantly surprised what I saw. They were undergoing a tremendous amount of renovation and upgrade in the facility. The rooms I saw were beautiful. The staff was courteous and pleasant. One of the better facilities out there. Definitely one of my top candidates.

I Visited a dear friend there recently. She has been living there for about 2 months now. I was shocked to see the place. It was filthy, the people living there were unkept , dirty. They all needed some tlc. The staff just sits around doing nothing. The nurses and receptionist were very rude. I would never put my love one there.
