They took great care of my husband. The staff was friendly and took time to explain everything to me. The room was very nice and clean. My husband is now much stronger and walking. The therapists worked amazing with him. 5 stars to Atrium Rehab!

This place is horrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE. The staff is rude and neglectful and they lie a lot. I made the mistake of not taking my Grandmother out of there in time after suffering a stroke in 2023. She was there for physical therapy which never really helped. Everything was a constant battle from them lying about her eating when clearly she wasn't, to them giving her baths. The nurses have no simple medical knowledge, non at all. I could go into details but it still hurts so much.

I must say, it makes a lot of sense that the Atrium is a 5 star facility. I’ve been in many homes while my grandfather was sick. Upon coming to the Atrium, I was greeted by very warm staff members who introduced themselves and gave me a brief description of what their role in the nursing home is. Another big thing was staffing. I haven’t seen a building this well staffed since before Covid. I highly recommend this facility for those who are in need of a rehabilitation center or a nursing facility.

My uncle was in the Atrium Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing. We didn't have a very good experience there. On first appearance it was nice, but there were a lot of flies in his room. We had to take him out of there, we got him to the hospital, we learned that he had pneumonia, and we learned that they were not taking care of his wounds. He had the same bandages from when he was admitted from the hospital months later. The staff was not responsive. It was dirty, the floor was sticky, and there were flies everywhere. We didn't have a good experience with the nursing staff, but the social worker and the coordinator were excellent.
