What I liked about having my mom at Triboro Center is they're very attentive. They discuss things while welcoming you and any problems they take care of right away. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They provide plenty of food, they give them three meals a day plus snacks. I've tried the food and it's pretty good. The facility is good, it's pretty clean. They have activities for the elderly like bingo, church, and arts and crafts. The overall value for the money is good.

Every other week, Triboro Center always has someone with COVID. They're always shutting the building down. The inside doesn't look like the way it's seen in the picture when you Google it. It just has a different look. My brother does dialysis, and they have that inside the building, as well as activities like games and stuff, but I still feel that the sanitary doesn't look okay to me. The staff looks like they don't follow the protocols too much, and it's been three times since my brother came in that the place was shut down, because someone has COVID. It's unpredictable. The food is also horrible. They have physical therapy and stuff like that, but whatever the cost is for being there, it is not worth it.
