I am at Clinton Crossings Adult Patio Homes, and I am happy here. The facilities are good, and the only problem I've had were some ants. They took care of it by coming in and spraying along the edge of the wall. That solved the problem. Other than that, I can't complain about anything. The rooms are 1,100 square feet, and it's all the space I need. I think each time they have a new tenant, they paint the unit. They take care of whatever problems I have. I don't have to shovel the snow, mow the lawn, fix the refrigerator, or do anything like that. They don't serve food. I go out for my meals or fix my own. The cost to stay here is $1,200 a month. The staff is excellent. Someone is right here for me just as quickly as my problem can be solved. I have no complaints at all.
