My mom wanted something affordable, and Spring Oak of Toms River was the most affordable that I saw. Personally, I like it, because it's very airy. It's bright and there's lots of space. It's like the ceilings feel really high. Mom's apartment is adorable and spacious. It's a studio, but she's got a hospital bed in there, and she can still set a dresser and a little seating area. So, it's a nice little apartment. The closets are huge. I took one bite of their food and it was nice. It's not gourmet, but it was good. All the staff I've had interactions with are wonderful. Mom was playing Pokeno yesterday. It seems a fair value for the money.

I was very interested in Spring Oak of Toms River. The independent apartment that I looked at was done beautifully and everything was up-to-date, but certain parts of the establishment inside looked a little rundown. What I liked about it was they had a great program, the price was right, and they had a lot of people there to help. The staff was very helpful and very informative. They had a lot to do there, they had different locations, and you had the choice of staying in your room for most of the time if you wanted to. The one I saw was like a studio apartment. Everything looked clean.

My father is at Spring Oak at Tom River. My grandmother has been there before as well and they had an opening right away. I like that the nurses and the staff communicate very well and they know my dad by his first name. He's been there for a few weeks and when I call about him, they know who he is. He's not just another person. He's like family to them. He said the food is better than when he was in the hospital. They have a lot of activities. They had bingo, a Super Bowl party, a Valentine's Day party, and arts and crafts activities. I called a lot, but this was the one that had the best price and we were comfortable because my grandmother had been there a few years ago, so we just decided to go with that one for right now.

We liked the Spring Oak At Tom River. The facility was very clean and very inviting. The people seemed very nice. The staff was very warm and very interested. She took the time, listened to my dad's concerns, and addressed all the concerns that he had. They did have an outdoor area and laundry facilities. They have a lot of activities like bingo. They have a multipurpose room where they show movies. They were doing arts and crafts when we were touring.

The woman who helped us, the director of sales and marketing at Spring Oak at Toms River, was very helpful, very knowledgeable, provided us with a physical tour, and answered all of our questions. The facility was very clean and the residents that we encountered seemed very content. The programs that they offered were very good. Financially, it was a very reasonable facility. The layout seemed to be very well planned out. They had different sections of the facility. They had assisted living with 3 or 4 different levels of care. They also have a memory care community so it's easy to access there. The room we saw was a studio apartment. It was a little on the older side though. It was an empty room and they just replaced the wall-to-wall carpeting, freshly painted it with all new molding, but it was still an older facility. They had a library, several sitting rooms, a community dining room, an outside area, and a courtyard.

Spring Oak At Tom River was a pretty nice facility. Angela, the person who toured me around, was nice and good. The food looked good and the dining area was nice. They have things for the veterans to go to lunch, on fishing trips, bingo, and movies. The studio apartment I saw was a pretty nice size with a little kitchenette and one bathroom.

We visited Spring Oak at Toms River. We were impressed, its very clean, the representative was very good, very knowledgeable, and my sister was impressed. When shes ready to go, shell probably go there. The facilities were very nice, and everything was pretty good. Everything seemed nice and in place. They have arts and crafts, they have shows, they take them shopping, and she liked the laundry room. The staff was very friendly. It was very impressive. You get what you pay for, and it's the best you could find. It will be good for her budget.

Spring Oaks was a nice facility with lots of activities, but it did not work for us. The rooms had nice features. It's better than average.

I liked Spring Oaks of Toms River a lot, and that would have been my choice. What I saw was fine, and I just liked the set up. I liked the dementia ward better. I liked the room sizes. They were medium size. It was like a hotel with a nice decent size bedroom and bathroom with a little kitchen.

Spring Oaks was nice and clean. They offered a lot of activities for my mom which she needed. We liked that if she run out of money, they would accept what Medicaid would pay for. The rooms were pretty spacious. They had activities.
