My mother has recently taken residence at Brandywine Reflections. They have been tremendous in dealing with the questions and anxiety related to the admissions process. The interactions with the nursing staff have been outstanding. Overall, while my mother has only been in Reflections for a relatively short time, it's been a great experience.

My aunt is now in Brandywine Living at Reflections. They're very good and no problems at all. Everything is good. They have everything there. They paint, they sing, and they have a contest. They do all kinds of things, she's very happy and she likes the food, too. Brandywine Living at Reflections was the first one we went to and we like it, so that's where my aunt went. I have a friend whose grandmother is living there and they gave me a good review, that's why we went there.

My mother Doris is truly at home at Brandywine Reflections. Not only does the staff take care of her needs with the utmost caring and attention, they all have become her friends and family. Every time we visit, my mother is happy and smiling and tells us how they take such good care of her. Our entire family is so thankful for how well she has done here and for the wonderful people who have made Reflections her home.

My father has been a resident at Reflections for 2 and a half yrs. The staff at Reflections have been supportive and helpful from the start. Everyone is attentive and sincerely caring. My sister and I have not been able to visit since mid March, but we get calls and photos and that has been extremely helpful and reassuring. I have always appreciated how clean and neat everything is kept . If I call in or email a question, I always get a prompt response. The staff helped him send me a mothers day card, and since the hairdresser hasn't been in, one of the staff took the time to cut his hair. They go above and beyond to make sure all the residents are well cared for. And they do it with a smile.

My aunt has moved into Brandywine Living at Reflections. The appearance of the place is beautiful, it's very clean, warm, welcoming and very friendly. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel okay about leaving your loved ones there and they're reassuring. They tell you how your loved one is doing, you can always go to them about any concerns that you have. They always have the residents out of the rooms, they play games, exercises, entertainment almost every day and somebody comes in to provide music during the week for them. They took some people out the other day. They're always stimulated and kept outside in an area where they have somebody to talk to or something to do. The dining area is great, they sit the same people in the same place so my aunt know where she's going. The food is excellent, she has no complaints and is eating her dinner, so it's very good. The cost is fine and I think we're getting our money's worth.

After searching about a dozen assisted living memory care facilities we settled on Brandywine Reflections in Brick New Jersey. The facility only had about 50 residents and was imaculate. The apartments were a nice size as well. Plenty of staff and they all were very attentive with the residents. Maria C. made the admission process extremely easy and attended to our every wish. Mom has been there about 2 months now . I feel we made the right choice and I extremely reccomend this facility for your loved one.

Brandywine Reflections (Assisted Living, memory care) has been very helpful & supportive through the healthcare and emotional maze of moving a relative into their facility. The rooms are nice, the food looks very good, the activities and socializing are engaging. The employees all seem polite and kind. I feel my Mom is receiving great care. So far, so good.

Our mom is an Alzheimer's patient and has been a resident of Brandywine Reflections for almost 3 years. It was a very difficult decision to have to place mom in a facility. My family visited approximately 12 different facilities to find a new "home" for mom. Upon entering Brandywine we knew "this was it." The overall environment was warm and inviting - comfortable, just like a real home. The residents were engaged in activities throughout the day and were well cared for by the staff. The building is well designed with the resident's safety and freedom of movement considered. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents and family members comfortable. This is more than a job for the Brandywine staff - they treat the residents as if they were members of their own family - with love, dignity, respect and compassion. It is conforting and reassuring to our family to know that our mom is safe, comfortable and well cared for in our absence in her residence at Brandywine.

I had to find respite care for my mother for 3 weeks during the summer. I couldn't be happier with the care my mother was given at Brandywine!! I was very concerned about leaving her, but to my pleasant surprise she managed very well! She participated in activities and constantly said how nice everyone was and how well she was treated! The care, compassion, and professionalism that was provided by Faith, Maria, and the entire staff at Brandywine totally surpassed ALL my expectations!

Searching for the perfect facility for Mom was one of the most stressful times in my life. I needed to make sure that Mom would be well taken care of, safe and most importantly happy. From the very beginning of my search the entire staff were so understanding, patient and reassuring. Maria pretty much held my hand throughout the entire process! Faithe and Yolene went to the rehab facility to assess Mom and they were so warm and kind to her. Sara and Denise always greeted me with huge smiles and were happy to assist me and answer my NUMEROUS questions. After visiting so many different facilities the decision in the end was quite easy! No one made me feel more comfortable than the wonderful team at Reflections! Mom is now living at Reflections and I visit almost every day. I am in awe of the way EVERYONE interacts with the residents...they are treated with kindness, love and respect...just like one big happy family! Brandywine Reflections has exceeded all of my expectations! Mom is thriving!

My father-in-law (recently passed) was cared for by the amazing staff at Brandywine Reflections in Brick. He entered the facility due to memory loss/confusion brought on by a poor reaction to anesthesia; coupled with failing eyesight and hearing loss, he required a lot of care. My husband and I had faith in Brandywine because my father-in-law had been in respite care several times at the Gables; but with his new memory issue, The Gables was no longer the right fit. So Brandywine suggested Reflections; we toured the facility, met the staff and knew we found the right place. The facility is beautiful--bright, open, has outdoor space; it is very clean; the residents' rooms are large, well laid out. But the reason Brandywine Reflections deserves 5+ stars--THE STAFF!!! Every staff member is kind, warm, professional, keenly attentive to all residents. Although my father-in-law could not really participate in the daily socialization (music, games) due to his impairments, he would often sit on a couch or comfy chair in a lovely home-like living room area. The staff always kept him in close watch, attending to his needs. The nursing staff is exceptional--professional but always kind and compassionate. The aides were wonderful-- very attentive, caring. The staff always reached out to my husband and me and other visitors--greeting us warmly, updating us on my father-in-law's condition; we enjoyed uplifting, friendly conversations with many staff members. As my father-in-law began to decline, we were approached about starting Hospice care. Hospice care was offered on site, so my father-in-law was able to remain in his own room at Brandywine. With the excellent, compassionate care Brick Brandywine Reflections offered, my father-in-law was able to be comfortable as he lived the last of his 97 years, and my husband and I had the peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.

My husband is here and everything is fine. It is a self-standing facility and not connected to an assisted living for normal people. It is a dementia unit. It is close to where I live and the place looks nice. The help seems wonderful and there is a very little turnover. Most of the help have been there for a long time. We are very impressed speaking to the people who work there. They are very attentive to his needs. He has some medical problems and they take care of them. The choice of food looks nice. He has no complaint and he likes to it. So, I am assuming it is adequate. One thing that is good about them is that they have lots of activities and entertainment, which are quite good. There is something going on every day.

The cost is high and the care does does not match. Staff is ok, do not call you back when you need them to. Resident's belongings are always misplaced even when labeled.
