I went to Scott-Farrar at Petersborough. It is basically a mini version of another facility, very well-appointed, very clean, and very nicely set up. Their memory care unit is nicely set up. As you walk into it, it makes like a big circle. So there's community space and everything. And then as you walk around the circle, they have the rooms off this walkway that goes around and takes you right back to where you started. So, residents who are there can walk, and all the walls have handrails. So, if they needed some balance or help they had something to hold on to. Also, a lot of really nice outdoor space. It was very, very nicely appointed. The staff was excellent. The resident rooms were very nice. The bathrooms are nicely set up. They all looked very comfortable. They also did a lot of outdoor activities with their residents. They had nice areas where there'd be patios, flowers, and trees so that they could sit out there. And, while I was there, they were doing a presentation. The people seemed very happy and loved being outside. It was very protected, but it was nice. And just the way it was set up and the way it was done for the memory care was really, really good.

The Scott-Farrar at Peterborough was beautiful and the facilities were lovely. It was smaller, and I think that's good, but the apartments were smaller as well, and we were looking for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath that they didn't have at the facility. It was the assisted living part that we visited and it didn't have the availability of living arrangements that we were looking for, which was for a 2-bedroom. It's beautiful though, brand-new, and they looked terrific. Everything is beautiful and they even have gardening. I'd want to move in myself.

Scott-Farrar at Peterborough is very nice, clean, modern, and up-to-date. They're very comprehensive in their services. They have a number of social activities throughout the day. They have a light fitness gym. They have an on site physical, occupational, and speech therapy. They have things like a movie night and guest speakers come in from various local organizations- such as Harris Center, which is a nonprofit conservation. It's a fairly new facility that was built in 2016. We had a meal there, and it was very good.

Scott-Farrar at Petersborough is very nice. They rebuilt the whole place, so it's like brand new. It looks like they have a place for everybody there. The cost appears to be reasonable. They seem like a decent place with the progression from independent living to assisted as well. They're limited on the grounds, and they have a very small exercise room. For the space that they have, which is not a whole lot, they aren't very expensive, so it's pretty decent. I was there during mealtime, and it smelled like institutional cooking. Based on a person's financial situation, this could be a good place.

Scott Farrar at Peterborough was a very nice place, but it was just a little bit too expensive for us. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and very well-maintained. Some of the people were playing card games.
