My mother-in-law was at Harvest Hill for a year and a half. It was a very nice community, and we enjoyed it. She had a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment that had a balcony, and she could look out into the courtyard. They had several programs, like musical and physical activities. They had arts and crafts. The food was excellent, and they had a nice menu setup. They had a cafeteria, a little library, a recreation room, and a music room. While she was there, she was able to get all the help that she needed, and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, and very cuddly too. The facility was very clean and very well-kept.

Harvest Hill was very nice, very clean, and very friendly, but I could not afford it. The rooms were very clean. You have your own bathroom and walk-out patio. The rooms were a good size. You could have a bed, a couch, and your own bathroom. The patio was very nice. It's very pretty scenery. The people in this community were very friendly.

My mom moved into Harvest Hill. We chose it because of its location and availability. The staff members are very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Their food is awesome. They have a lot of activities. They have day trips, a library, and a little singing group. It's just a really lovely place. Its very homey and clean. It is expensive, but I think it's worth it. My moms happy, so it's worth every penny.

Be aware that the assisted living services offered here are limited. If your family member requires supported care as they age and their health and mental capabilities begin to change, they will not be able to help you. Their memory care is very limited. You will be moving your family member again.

Harvest Hill was beautiful. They had apartments and some of them were leaning towards being studio apartments. The other problem we had was we have two dogs and they allow one dog, but not two dogs, and that was a big issue. The staff was very good and really nice. Everybody was kind of busy when I was there. They had a really nice outdoor area, a nice porch, and different areas in the complex where you could gather together as a group if you want to do that. They had activities and a lot of stuff going on. They had a huge backyard out into the woods.

I visited Harvest Hill, and we had friends there. The people are lovely, but the dining area was a little small. It's a very vibrant community, and it's well known.

We visited and liked The Woodlands. It was very nice and had very good rooms. We had a good dinner there. They had three different choices for the main meal, like fish, vegetarian, or meat. Everything about it was very nice.

My mom is a current resident at The Woodlands. We chose this because that's where we grew up and she knew a lot of people living there. It's a friendly place, like a big family. It is a very nice place with great amenities. It is also clean and well-kept. My mom has a 2-bedroom unit which is a good size for one person. She even has her own living room. The dining room has good and pleasant staff. I enjoy eating there. They have good selection. They all seem to have very good work ethic. I haven't heard any complaints about people not helping. The only problem is staff turnover. They also have a lot of activities, a variety of cultural program, music, and community speakers. They have a workout room, a pool, a Jacuzzi, a ping pong table, a pool table, two libraries, social areas and a van that goes out to the community.

The woodlands is a quite nice place tucked behind the hospital and the assisted living home. It is home to older people who still require a bit of autonomy, but appreciate a bit of help. The accommodations are nice- the apartments large enough while still being manageable. The dining room, lobby, and library are all very nice, and the food is excellent. Staff has been nothing bit friendly in all my interactions with them. Being NH, a parking garage ensures that getting snow off of cars is not something retirees need worry about.
