Pond View Acres has wonderful staff, great food, and the residents are well cared for. The home has been well maintained and updated. I love the small town feel while so close to the seacoast!

This place is super well-kept for an older home. Big fire place, homey living room, all private bedrooms, friendly folks, and good food! Definitely ask to have a meal here. Most everything is homemade. It really doesn't feel like a "facility", it feels like a real home and the clients there are very happy with it.

Pond View is a very nice clean and small facility with a farmhouse feel. I think they can only accommodate 10 residents. The manager there and the lna's are very warm and caring. They have activities for the residents, a very beautiful dog come to visit once a week, a young and pretty girl coming to play with the residents and etc. If the're is one or two who want to go to church on sunday, there;s a nearby church who will arrange to come and pick them up and bring them back.

I liked Pond View because it is small, an old home, and I liked that it was in the country. I liked the idea that it was small, and I felt they had more time for people. I liked that my mom would have her own room because they’re all private bedrooms. They have activities for the residents. The people working there are very helpful and upbeat, so it’s not that you are going to a sad place. They are always there to answer any questions, anytime.
