I'm currently staying at the Radiance at Rock Springs, and it's good. It's a 55 and above community and the experience has been excellent. I got a third-floor apartment, there are elevators and it's all indoors. You've got a little contraption in your keychain called a "fob" that gets you inside the door from the outside. There's all undercover parking and I also got a garage in this place, which I pay extra for. They've got a nice kitchen downstairs, they've got a nice workout room to do exercise in, and the mail room is huge. It's just a very nice community here. The staff keeps changing all the time. They bring in chefs for cooking demonstrations, and they give you that information over your email on your phone. You just have to sign up for stuff like that. I moved here because it was brand new, and nobody had lived in my apartment before. I'm the first one to live here, so it doesn't get any cleaner than it was. They raised their price quite a bit for this place.

We checked out Radiance at Rock Springs. The place itself was very nice. The people were very friendly, but the activities were very low. The room was very nice. We liked it a lot. It was really pretty. There's no food. The staff was very knowledgeable. We've got all the info that we wanted from her. She's just really nice. It was a really pretty place and a really pretty room, but they have no food and only one activity a day. They had a gym. The only thing we didn't like is just the activities, but the price is really good, considering. Everybody was really good and nice.

We chose Radiance at Rock Springs. The reason that we chose that one is because it's like a hotel. If you leave your apartment, you walk down the hallway, then you take an elevator down to the first floor, and then you walk over to the exercise room, or to the pool, or to the clubhouse, where most of the other ones you have to go outside to reach these activities. And we wanted something that was inside. So in other words, when it's 110 outside, instead of going outside to go to the pool, we could go inside all the way down to the first floor, walk out the back door, and we're at the pool. The staff is fantastic. They showed us every little bit. They told us the advantages of being inside. They showed us every piece of that particular property, and it was beautiful. They have the exercise room, the pool, they have the clubhouse where you could join in the morning to have coffee with friends. They offer a variety of amenities which are located on the calendar. So they have like a wine and cheese party, they have an exercise class, they have films, movies, all that type stuff.
