Deanne was an absolute delight and it was her caring demeanor that made me put a deposit on the first visit. I know my parents will be in good hands there!!

My mother moved in to Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. The lady we talked to was really great and very helpful. She didn't get tired of all the questions that we had. She's just very welcoming. I think one of my mom's favorites is Terrie. They have an activity room that's kind of right at the entrance and they've had bingo when we've gone a few times. They also have a little courtyard where we can go and hang out with her. It's homey compared to the other places that we went to.

Food program a disaster. Here is the dollar amount they will spend on feeding your loved 1 a day, ready? $5.70 cents!! How can you feed a human being nutritious desirable food for $5.70 a day? answer? YOU CANT! I had to bring food daily as well as many many others had to bring food to make up for such poor food program. I watched countless residence not eat. Heartbreaking to see folks struck with Alzheimer's and Dementia who have no voice have to eat such horrible food. I talked to countless staff, not 1 would eat the food themselves, no one would feed it to their own kids.. but they feed it to the residence? Corporate greed at its worse. When I talked to leadership for 6+ months I got justifications, no answer, and run around.. I went to Corp San Diego.. President wouldnt answer or call back.. reception wouldn't give me his name. Coward. My family member lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks at 1 point.. solution to it? give her drugs! to get her to eat horrible food. My solution was to daily bring food in and subliment, finally had to move her out. So bad the Chef left this place.. guy was in tears literally with what was going on at this place. Bottom line, I wouldn't feed my dog the food from this place. Sad, as nurse and caregivers were angels.. activities leader a hero. Note - place in run down, AC broken all the time, place is worn out.. no van for activities outside.. grounds around it unkept and uncared for as well

I feel relieved that my boyfriend of 27 years has settled down at the facility in Las Vegas. He's always been slow to adjust to new things and environments. With the care and attention provided by Pacifica Spring Valley's staff and caregivers, he seems to have adjusted well to the facility and appears to be more alert and calmer. I call him every other day. While he has good and not so good days, I find that his vocabulary seems to have broadened and is much better in expressing himself. The staff there is always cheerful and accommodating. He is well taken care of.

The hardest thing I had to do was to place my Mom in a Memory Care facility and that was 8 months ago. Now the hardest thing I would ever have to do would be to have her leave Pacifica Spring Valley! My Mom is thriving because the whole community there is phenomenal everyone from the executive director all the way down including nursing, public relations, activity director, caretakers, med techs, housekeeping, receptionist etc. Every time I visit I see an extreme act of caring and love being given to all the residents. They take care of every issue you bring to their attention and all the residents are extremely well cared for and I can not think of a better place for my Mom to reside and the best part is she is Happy!!

Pacifica is the BEST place EVER. It is a clean and beautiful facility. At first when I visited I thought I could never afford to place my Aunt there because it looks like a 5 star hotel. Thank goodness I was able to place her there. I am very happy with ALL aspects of this facility and appreciate them tremendously.

Pacifica has a commendably helpful caring staff who’ve been Especially patient with my mother who’s still adjusting to her new environment. There’s a great piano in the common room that they encourage my mom to play, and this has been so positive for her attitude. Many of the other residents seem to enjoy the music as well and this is helping her open up to making new friends.

Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley is a fantastic place for your loved one. I recently celebrated my Aunts 90th birthday here. The staff was so very accommodating. I love the way they are so inclusive with each and every resident. They make each resident feel loved. The compassion and care is genuine and I was so happy to see it first hand. The environment is so clean and the rooms the residents live in are lovely. I leave in Chicago and I flew to Vegas to celebrate her birthday. I heard awesome things about the center but to witness it, was amazing. The residents played bingo, hang man, watched old Dean Martin movies, listened to music and sang along. They all seemed really happy. I highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley for your loved one 100%.

I was in a real bind in mid-April, 2021. My brother in law needed to be moved from his memory care facility in New Mexico on short notice and I needed to find a place in Las Vegas that would be a good "fit". He and my sister were essentially hermits, living "off the grid" in rural New Mexico for about 40 years. He was always a bit of a curmudgeon and after my sister died, he really deteriorated. I wasn't entirely sure he would be able to adapt to "city" living much less a group living environment. From the moment I made that first call to Pacifica Spring Valley, I KNEW he would thrive there! After taking a tour and meeting with Deanne, I was convinced! Deanne made the transition from New Mexico to Nevada absolutely seamless and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in order. Jenny greeted us at the door the day we moved in and Vanessa had a smile for us as she welcomed Ron to his new home. I've been most impressed at how the staff spends time with the residents, even to this day, whenever I come in to visit, I see the staff really engaging with the residents, genuinely paying attention to them. Having a primary care provider in-house on a weekly basis is a huge benefit as well. The visiting podiatrist and hair stylist add that personal care touch. And to top it off, the facility is spotless and spacious and has all the amenities of home with lots of separate living spaces to accommodate the different interests of the residents. The attitude of caring and compassion starts at the top and I must acknowledge the leadership of Mr. Trump. His calm demeanor and genuine interest in the residents and the staff is amazing. He always takes the time to inquire about my brother in law and has been tremendously helpful in our application for VA benefits. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and treatment you have been able to provide to my brother in law. He has settled in well and although he still prefers to be alone most of the time, he knows he can participate in the many activities Vanessa makes available, if he chooses to. I'll definitely choose Pacifica Senior Living for myself or my husband when/if we ever need it!

Pacifica has very caring staff as they go over and beyond their work duties as they seem to care about each of the residence. My Father in law was at the facility before he passed away in 2019 and now my Mother in law is a current resident. Each time we visit, we appreciate all the Staff does for each resident as they are always helping someone with something. They are a true blessing to us and they work hard. Also, we would like to thank Deanna and Don for all their hard work and going over and beyond to get our family member in with short notice. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Pacifica Staff, we appreciate each of you! Facility gets an A+ grade in our book for Staff, Rooms, Food, Activities offered and Cleanliness.

Mom has moved into Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. We just returned from there. I was very impressed with the community. The caregivers were very nice and very caring. I can't say anything bad about the place. We put her there without seeing it. My niece was out there and handled all that. She and her husband went to Pacifica and another community, but they liked Pacifica the best. I took her word on it, and I think it was a very good choice. It takes both dementia and Alzheimer's patients. They have activities, but my mother does not participate.

My mother-in-law moved into Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley around a week ago.The staff is outstanding, it has a great atmosphere, and I think it's a great community. The accommodations are very clean, very nice, very organized, and I cant say enough. The food is fine, it's good, and I'd eat there every day. The dining area is very nice, they got more than one community, and each community has its own dining area. They have all kinds of games, arts and crafts things, sing alongs, guessing games, and things for the memory care individuals. They have a beauty salon. It was a breath of fresh air to sit down and talked with individuals who actually understood memory issues and helped you with your problems.

It is a difficult time when you are looking for a facility to assist in care of your loved one. Christina and the staff at Pacifica Spring Valley made it as seamless as it could be. They were there to walk us through the process, answer all of our questions, and welcome our Mom into their community. The facility is clean, bright and inviting and the caregivers equally as so. With a smile on their face, they are always encouraging their residents to engage in activities rather than sit in their rooms. There has rarely been a time I have stopped by that there hasn't been an activity available for the residents; singing, music, church services, even musicians coming in to play the guitar.

I am the spouse of a resident of Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. When looking for a place where my husband with Alzheimer’s could be happy, I searched several places all over town. Although this facility is not near my home I chose it because it just made me feel comfortable and at home right away. Upon entering you are in town square and it reminds you of Main Street.Disn.eyland.. I look happy and healthy and engaged. The community relations director is truly amazing. Christina has gone way beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable and cared for. She answers calls at all hours when I am at the end of my rope. The staff are so caring, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming Home for their loved one.

Wonderful energy, great staff and an answer to our prayers. I knew the minute I walked in, I cried and said this is the place. I had that feeling in my gut that this was moms home and I was right. She has been more active since she has been here than I have seen her in a while. Kelly and Debra have been awesome through the entire process

I liked the layout of Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. It was smaller than the other community, but I liked the layout better. The cost was a little bit more and the pricing was different. It was too far away from my home. We looked at one room that is shared with another roommate, and it was more hospital-like.

My mother was in Pacifica, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. They had a calendar that showed activities for the elderly, but they never followed it. The staff never really interacted with their residents and kept changing, like weekly, so nobody ever stayed there long enough to even get to know each resident or find out what their needs were. The rooms were OK, just not very clean. I saw caregivers sleeping in the dining room, and it was not what I wanted for my mother. Occasionally, they would do bingo or some chair exercises, but it was few and far between. The food was good since they had a very good cook there.

I spent about an hour and a half at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. They showed me everything. It was fine. I felt that the bedrooms were a bit on the small side, but everything seemed to be very clean and neat. They were well organized. I don't have any objections with the place.

I was impressed that Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley was really clean, but everybody that is there had to be fed. They had different activities for them, and I liked it because when you walk down the hall, it looks like an actual street with stores. The rooms were small, and they shared rooms with a TV, their own closet which was very small, their own bathroom, and it had a regular stand up shower for those who can take a shower themselves. They also had assisted bath with all the amenities to it for them to sit down to where somebody could take care of them. They had other personal stuff in their own plastic box, and they keep their bathroom personals in their closet.

I did tour Pacifica (Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley) for my wife. I thought it’s a pretty nice facility. It is set up pretty well with a smaller and quieter environment. Because it’s a memory care, it is more geared towards that instead of all-encompassing and stuff like that. The price was somewhat within price range. One of the pluses for me at this point was that the rooms were furnished. Also they work well with the hospice care that I have. They had nice facilities like wheelchair roll-in type shower and things like that, so it was set up fairly nice. It was a nice facility.

Pacifica was nice. They appeared to have two sections in the memory care. There was one that was not quite as advance. So, they were not really mingling that much. The people that needed more attention had a separate section. One of the staff guided me to the place, and showed me where the different areas were. It was very interesting. The rooms were very nice. They seemed to be accommodating. They had private rooms that were very roomy, and they also had a shared room. Both of them were very nice. The aisle that they were walking on had a name, and then they had a little shadow box out in front of the door so they could remember which room they had to go into. They were very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable about the people there. They called them by name, and knew what they wanted.

I was a little disappointed with Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley. It didn’t smell fresh, and I thought the residents I saw were just sort of sitting around. The staff I saw seemed to pay attention and be considerate of the residents. The woman who took me around gave me a hard sell, which I didn’t like.

My mother has been at Pacifica of Spring Valley since October. It is all excellent. The rooms are very nice. My mother says the food is excellent. She eats everything they give her. The social recreations are very good; I was there this morning when they had a gentleman come in to sing. It was very nice.

It is a very huge facility. It is not as beautiful to look at because it is older, and the rooms are just average with nothing spectacular. Their food is good, and the staff is OK. It is in a busy location, and there are a lot of stores around.

It is a very nice facility, and the rooms are spacious enough. They have activities during the day. The inside and outside are above average, and it does not feel like a hospital. It's very clean, and my mother seemed to be well cared for.
