My tour of Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch went okay. The facility was very average, and I don't think it would be the one for my mother. In speaking with the staff, the tour was very nice and very helpful. She knew all the residents there. She introduced me to the physical therapist. The dining facility was fine. Overall, it was a good experience. It's an older building and they are in the process of updating it. One room that a resident had just moved out of was not yet cleaned out. It also smelled, and it needed a refresh. I thought the size of the rooms were small, but the layout was okay.

Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch was fabulous. They treated you like royalty there. They were fabulous, kind, and they were all talkative. I think that was the most superior place that I had gone to. The food was very delightful. The cooks were just spot on. They came out, talked, and told you what was going on before it even happened. There was more than one thing to choose from. It was an unbelievable experience to be able to be there. Because it's a full-inclusive package and they do breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and the kitchens in each apartment are just kitchenettes. I wouldn't have a problem with that, but I'm not the one going to be there. I don't know if my mom would have a problem with that part. She likes to cook, so that is on her. The apartments were very clean and very nice. One of the apartments we looked at had a beautiful patio area, like a wraparound, which was cool. It's on the corner we saw. I thought, "How beautiful is that?" That would have been the one mom probably would have been in. They're just lovely people. They went out of their way and are helpful to all these people. They talk to everybody who walks by. During the tour, they communicate with everyone and nobody's excluded. It was just pleasant there.

We toured Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. The sales representative walked us through and we had a nice lunch. My mother-in-law enjoyed the people she sat with. The residents were very friendly and the sales representative knew what we needed and what to show us. She was very understanding with my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law is 93, so sometimes it's a little bit more of a challenge, but she walked right through it and did great. We think the whole experience was really done well. The residents were social and cheerful, and we thought the whole facility had just been renovated, so it was beautiful. Everything's got new floors, walls, everything. It's top-notch. So we were excited about it. The food, we thought, was an excellent choice. They gave us a good variety to choose from for both meals, for lunch and for dinner. The bedrooms are above normal size and so are the living room and the kitchenette type area. Each one of the places that we looked at had a really nice balcony that she could go on with her flowers and plants.

I toured Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. What I like best is they were very family-oriented and hands-on. The director was very involved with everything that we were doing with the tour. She showed me the apartment, lunch, and all the amenities they have. What I didn't like about it, was that it was too far out from my mom. I like food with seasoning but I mean they're not trying to freeze their palate out. It's just that I will put more seasoning on it, that's just me. The atmosphere feels very comfortable, very open, and very welcoming. The layout was very nice, very roomy, and very comfortable if you are a resident there.

My dad has moved into Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. The reason why we chose them is the atmosphere. The people were friendly. The staff was friendly. They're just, 'Hi, how are you doing? You're looking at moving here?' Location is another reason. My dad has a studio. It's very clean and nice. It has been remodeled. My dad gets three meals a day. Food is good. I was really kind of surprised because in general, they're not that tasty. They give you choices, too, which is nice. They have activities. A new activity director has just started here recently. My dad used to call bingo when he lived in Colorado. And he got to call bingo in Holiday for the first time last night. He's excited. They have game rooms and a movie theater for watching movies. Also if you're religious, they have a chapel and stuff like that, and they have Sunday Services. Some people have been there for eight to nine years. They like it. They never thought about going anywhere else.

I toured Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. The place was fabulous. The room that we intended to put my uncle in had a little door, and an exit door into the courtyard, and he would have had his little patio. The people were very nice and very friendly. It looked like they took good care of their residents. The facility is very clean. They had a game room, a chessboard set up, and cards. They had their little library nook. They even have happy hours for the residents.

My sister is staying at Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. What I like best about this facility is that they have some services in-house. It's not provided by Rolling Hills Ranch. They have an agency that provides some medical transportation and some other services. They have PT and they have some kind of cognitive speech therapy. The staff I'd say is pretty confident. The one thing I like about the manager is that she kept me informed of a problem that my sister was having. We took care of that, and she's very accommodating to have my sister resolve it. The food kind of varies. People come and go, but right now it's pretty good. I've had it there, and I think it's good. The dining area is nice. It's like tables for four and there's kind of an atrium type area, and they keep it nice. They have some games they play. They have a movie night and they have a happy hour. I don't think they provide alcohol, but I think you can bring your own if you want to. They have maybe one or two days they can go to doctor appointments and there are shopping days that are designated. They have an exercise room. It's got some kind of recumbent cycle. It's not really like a bicycle, but it's kind of in that same motion. My sister has a lock-up rate in this. It's probably been ten years ago. They offered her a deal where if they paid an extra month's rent, they got a lock-up rate for as long as they were there. I think it's probably a pretty good deal.

I live close to Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. They invited us if they had a piano recital or if they had something special going on where they played games. They also invited us to lunch. We went three or four times. The interaction with the staff was very good. They showed us a two-bedroom apartment. It was quite big. Another time, they showed us a studio that had a separate bedroom, but it had a very small living room. They had a lot of activities. Just within the last month, they've sent me brochures. They have balconies. You either have a balcony or a patio, and they have a common area where they get together and have games and things like that. Of course, they have a chef that does the cooking. There are three meals a day. The staff are good.

Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch was very, very nice. If it had been assisted living, that would have been where I would want to go. They had outsourced assistance. My experience there was as good as it could be. I was very impressed. I was very impressed with the staff. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the people who live there and the people who work there. The rooms were very nice. The facility was very nice. I would have felt very comfortable being there if I was looking for independent living. There was a library and an exercise room. We had lunch there, and it was fine. They had just finished their total renovation. It was very nice.

Our tour experience at Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch was very good. People were very polite and very nice. The facility was very clean. They had an exercise room, a library, and common areas where people were playing games and seemed very satisfied with themselves in general. So, it was a very pleasant experience.

We had an in-person tour of Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. The place is quite large. The rooms are nice. The downstairs dining was sort of over the whole thing, but there was room for playing games as well. The staff was very good. They treated us to a meal and let us sit with a couple of residents, so it was nice to meet some new people. The food was very good. Both my brother and I liked it. The guys that ate with us seemed to like it, too. They had a good variety on their menus.

I was impressed with the Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch. They brought me in for lunch, and it was good; then they took me on a tour. They're remodeling right now, upgrading the place to a million-dollar upgrade. The room looks pretty good. The rooms they showed me didn't have anybody in them, but I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. One thing is, they don't provide any furniture when you move in, you bring your own furniture. That was kind of a surprise. Also, the ratio between the men and women was kind of impressive too. They had a lot more men than I thought. They have a full-sized refrigerator in the room. There's no microwave, so if you want one you got to bring one. They serve three meals and you got to go to the dining room to get your meals. If you don't, they charge you extra if they have to bring meals to your room. The place is clean. The person giving me the tour was pretty busy. They had three tours going on at the same time, so she was splitting her time between us. They gave me a good package to take home and look over. She was nice, very good, and professional. The food was pretty good. I just had a sandwich, and the soup was very good. The other people had the goulash and said it was really good. I talked to several people, and they like it. They're free to come and go as they want to. They have Mondays and Tuesdays for doctor visits on their bus, and Wednesdays are for shopping. They brought me there and took me home in an Uber. For clothes, they got rooms where you can use the washer and dryer, and it's free. You just have to provide the detergent or whatever you want. I think they do the linens, but they don't do your clothes; it's up to you to do that.

Holiday Rolling Hills Ranch was a nice facility. I enjoyed it. The rooms were nice and a nice size. They have a nice library. It was a pretty nice facility. The staff were friendly and informative. The living atmosphere was friendly and cordial. They seemed to have a varied menu, and the food that I had was good. When your drinks ran low, they were always ready to come by and give you another, so it's nice. They had exercise facilities, a dining room, and nice rooms. They seem to have a library, a movie theater, or a place where they can show movies and a place where you go to watch TV if you don't have one in your room. Everything was in order and clean.

We toured Rolling Hills Ranch. It was very neat and clean, and it was very welcoming. The room is a very good size and perfect for what my mom would need. We came during lunch. The food looked good, but we didn't have any. The staff was wonderful. Her name was Janet, and she was just really, really straightforward and honest about everything, what she has available, and how things usually go. Because of COVID, they're going through some adjustments, and she was very up front with us. It was really nice. They have a library, a puzzle room, and a room where you could bake goods (if you wanted). The apartments don't come with a stove, and they don't have a full kitchen. They just have a kitchenette, so, they have a community stove you could use if you needed to make something. We saw a room that was renovated to a newer style. They made my mom feel most at home. The staff has been very good and helpful. I don't think it could be any cleaner than it was.

I had a tour of Rolling Hills Ranch in Omaha, and it's very good. They're kind of expensive, and right now I don't know if I'm able to move there. I am looking at other options. The staff was very nice and friendly. They had three different sizes of bedrooms, and then they had 2-bedrooms also that vary in sizes. They had meals prepared by chefs. They had a very, very clean atmosphere. There is a place where you can watch movies, as well. There is pool tables and a little bit of everything. They also have a lot of activities.

My mom moved into Rolling Hills Ranch. It is phenomenal. I think it was an absolute miracle that I found a place that suited all of her needs, got all of my questions answered, was able to take a tour of the facility, and sign a lease in one day. That doesn't happen. Everybody is helpful, everything is nice, and my mother is already loving it. The food is good. She's not eating as much as she should, but at least she's eating some. That was another big deal because she just had some issues. She fell and had fractured her back, and so she had surgery on Tuesday, and then spent the night there on Tuesday night. First thing they have is the three meals. The second thing, and I mean second probably in importance, is they supply and wash and launder all of the linens and come in and clean once a week. I know they have activities there and that she hopefully will be able to get her doctor appointments scheduled on the days that they bus people to their appointments. The person that did the rental and the girl at the desk are excellent. The people that have come in and cleaned, my mom said are excellent. When I was there moving in, I had questions at the other people that were in the office, and they took care of it. They didn't refer me to go to somebody else or say, "I'll get back to you," they answered my questions. I like that. My mom says the food is good. Although, I think they need to serve some fresh fruit. But the thing is, I can't be too hard on them because she's in a lot of pain, and she's had a lot of her meals brought to the room, and hasn't had the experience very much of the dining room just yet. The laundry rooms were absolutely pristine. I had to wash a couple of blankets and stuff, so I saw it. I also ate one meal with Mom in the dining room when I was there to help her down there. Everything seemed to be very, very clean. I haven't experienced the activities myself, but they told me that they had movies and popcorn every day and that they took them shopping here and there. I know that when she's up to that, I'm sure she'll go. I know they have a whole bunch of stuff, and it cracked me up that they actually were serving alcohol on their happy hour. They're getting real beer and little wine cooler type of things. They also play games. I was very pleased with the prices and happy that my mom is able to self-pay. They also said that if they do increase, and it became a problem to come and talk about that. So that was nice.

Rolling Hills Ranch looked nice and clean, and the people were friendly. It seemed like a good place. They have an area for planting things, and some of the apartments have patios attached. They mentioned different activities. They have van rides. The staff members were good.

Rolling Hills Ranch was very nice. I enjoyed my visit. I met some nice ladies while I was there. The lunch I had was good. The only thing that bothers me is the prices that they charge. It's a very nice apartment, but the three-bedroom, three-bathroom house that I used to have wasn't costing me $3000 or $2000 a month. I was very pleased with everything except that one thing. The staff was very helpful. The food was very tasty. I remember a soup that was different and good and a sandwich. The layout looked very good. The rooms, even though they're not big, were roomy enough. It was a very, very clean facility. I felt very, very comfortable there.

The room at Rolling Hills Ranch that we chose for my dad is a studio apartment. It has ample closet space for someone downsizing from a home, it's 602 square feet, it has a large balcony that overlooks the courtyard, so it's beautiful. It's a lovely place. We talked and they were very nice people there. They have a card room, a weight room like a workout room, they have a movie theater, and they have a church with two different services. And these are all on the floor my dad will be on, so it's perfect. The facility is very nice looking.

Rolling Hills Ranch was fine, but we decided not to go with it because they don't offer a full kitchen in the apartments. All of the staff were really nice and they had quite a few activities, church service and transportation for the residents. Their apartments were a decent size. We tried some of their dessert and they were good.

We went to Rolling Hills Ranch. They showed us various layouts and a couple of rooms. It seemed like a nice place. However, my wife is only 55 and she is depressed by the number of people there who are in walkers. She doesn't feel like it is the kind of place that we want to be at this time. It looked like a pretty nice place to live, but it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Nevertheless, they did an excellent job on the tour.

We went to Rolling Hills Ranch, it's fine, but it's not the one we're interested in, and my wife felt it was too much like a nursing room. The staff was for the most part very good. The rooms were OK, but smaller than the one we have looked at before. It wasn't roomy when you come in, and you're really confined. The dining area was OK, restaurant-style dining. The staff was pretty helpful, but the activities director didn't seem interested in talking to my wife, and the girl who gave us the tour was excellent; I would give her a 5.

I was very pleased with Rolling Hills Ranch. I liked the front entrance and that the handicap parking was close to the entrance. When you enter, the cafeteria was to the right and people were coming and going. I got the impression from the people's faces that they were happy to be there and they were content. I also liked their greeting area.

Rolling Hills Ranch was a wonderful beautiful place, but my husband needed a little bit more care than they could give. We were going to take a studio and it was nice. The staff was very nice and the food was good. It's just that he needed more of a medical care place and they didn't have someone there 24/7. The amenities were fine. They had a movie theater and everything else. It was excellent.

I liked Rolling Hills Ranch a whole lot, and I could afford it. It was very nice and the people were very nice, so I went there twice. I like to read, and they have a very nice library full of books. They have tables in there where you can work jigsaw puzzles, which I like to do, too. I knit and crochet, and there are ladies who do that. It was a very nice atmosphere. Both times, I had lunch there and the lady who runs the library sat at our table and was very friendly and very informative. I thought I’d get along well with her.

I visited Rolling Hills and was planning to move in, but then, I realized I would not be able to afford it. I loved it and would love to live there, but I can’t afford it. The food, the staff, amenities, and the facility were absolutely wonderful. They had fitness, an activities room, theater room, and beautiful dining room with lots of lights in it as well as the courtyard. The food was outstanding. I loved how the people were very friendly and outgoing.

The people at Rolling Hills Ranch seemed very friendly, and everyone I talked to loved it there. The lady there invites you to have dinner with the residents. They had very good food, and the chef was very good. They had an ice cream social and a movie every day when they bring popcorns. People participate in activities, and as you walk around and they say this is the room where people play cards, there'll be five or six couples in there playing cards, instead of saying this is the card room and nobody's in there.

At Rolling Hills Ranch, they’re very kind and take great care in making sure my mom is well taken care of. Everybody there has been great to work with. The surroundings are nice and clean. I like its location the best. They have a bunch of activities, like bingo, cards, and social gatherings.

Rolling Hills Ranch was a good place. It was nice, clean, well-kept up, and had a lot of programs and stuff. It would have been a good choice, but we need more medical services available on-site. The rooms were rather small and looked more like hotel rooms than apartments. The dining area was good. It was just a very big room.

I went to Rolling Hills Ranch. It has very nice facilities. The lady that helped me out was very good and did a very good job. I think it’s only three to four years old, so everything is brand new there. I saw the dining area, but I haven’t eaten there. It’s very nice. They still invite me to dinner twice a week but I’ve been so busy, I haven’t been able to make it. I was impressed with the one-bedroom apartments. They are really nice and big. The people there seemed dead because they weren’t active and friendly. They need to work to improve their staff’s attitude.

We really did like it. It was brand new -- probably two or three years old -- and the apartments were absolutely huge -- very nice apartments, very bright inside. The problem when we went there was that we saw a lot of the people who were a little younger than my mother, and sometimes that doesn't work because you get too much of an age difference. She is elderly and wants to be with people in her age bracket, and that is how they are most comfortable. We went down in the dining room and stood there for a while when they were getting ready to eat, and we noticed there was a lot of younger people. When I say younger, I am saying 70's and 80's -- and that is a horrible thing to say -- but 70's and 80's is a younger crowd, so we thought that she would be out of place a little bit. She handles herself with the younger people alright, but she might be a little more comfortable in a place where it is a little homier with people within her age bracket. I think if she was probably ten years younger, that would have been around my radar because I'd be sitting there and thinking, "Well, this is nice," since I don't live very far away from there. It is less than a mile away, and I go by there practically every day on the way to work, so it would have been convenient. However, in the same token, it doesn't matter because convenient doesn't always mean good. It was convenient for me, but maybe it was not going to work for her, so that is kind of why we left it. It is absolutely beautiful. It is well-lit and really bright. There are a lot of windows, and the dining room is fantastic. You go in there, it is all lit up really well, and they have a nice view because it's more of a country feel when you look out the window since there is a little more wooded area around there. Money-wise, it is not that expensive, and we were surprised because we were thinking that it is going to be more expensive, but it actually is cheaper than what she has been paying before. Like I said, it was just one of those things where we just thought that she would be a little better, a little happier, when she would be with people her age, and I think that is just how it works. Rolling Hills is a beautiful facility; it really is. Someday, if I ever get to that situation, if I had to go somewhere, it would probably be Rolling Hills. Overall, I'd say they were very nice. When you go to dine, you kind of have this panoramic view outside, and then they have beautiful landscaping there, so when you look out the window, you're like, "That's really pretty."

I visited Rolling Hills Ranch. They have lovely apartments. Also, they have a workout room. They have lots of social events. However, I felt like I was too young for that community. It is probably for me down the road, just not yet. The few people that I visited with were quite friendly. They highly recommend this place. The facility was clean. I felt like every question I asked was answered very well. They have called me several times to be sure that I understood everything. They invited me to come back to check it out again.

Visited the facility not long ago and managed to meet with a lot of the staff. The office staff is very friendly but my biggest concern was with the staff in the kitchen. I feel that food is one of the few things residents are actually excited for, and with a poor diet you can't really expect to live a healthy life. I met Jordan who was the manager for the kitchen. He normally isn't at the retirement home he says and thank god for that. This guy has a huge ego and I couldn't believe the way he spoke to some of the staff as if they were just a bunch of cattle. The servers are all extremely rude and no wonder why when you have a boss like that guy. Having worked in kitchens most of my life I find it important to check that out for the sake of my mother. Overall I would not even think about sending anyone here! There are much nicer facilities with better staff in the Omaha area.

I have visited Rolling Hills Ranch in Omaha, and it was a very nice visit. The staff has a very good attitude and was also helpful. The rooms were nice, and it was decorated nicely. I had lunch there, and the food was delicious. You had a choice of meals, and that was very good. They do have activities like cards and music. All in all, it is really a nice facility and people were very nice and cordial. It just felt like home.

I have a 2-bedroom unit at Rolling Hills Ranch. I've been here for 6 months. We do Wii bowling. They have a lot of different card groups. They have armchair exercise. We have a small chapel and an exercise room. The bus takes you shopping and takes you to appointments. In the upstairs part that you see with a balcony, that's a library, combined with the pool table and a chess table that fit in that area. A lot of times, when people have family and they're a large group, they'll have that area. An important factor for me is I have 2 dogs. Both the general manager and the assistant manager have dogs. There are dogs all over the place, and mine settled right in. They're allowed to go anywhere in the building as long as they are on a leash, except the eating areas. The maid service is very good. It's light housekeeping once a week, and they will change the bed and do your laundry if you use their sheets.

Rolling Hills was nice. My brother and I toured it. It was independent living. They didn't have a full kitchen. That was the only downfall. Otherwise, everything else was fine. My mom's 81, but she's not ready because she's still baking and cooking. It looked like everyone there was friendly and helpful. It looked like a very nice independent living place.

Rolling Hills Ranch was a nice facility, very suitable. The staff was wonderful. The dining area was very clean and very nice. The rooms were nice because they had good variety. Their common room furniture is very old and outdated. When I walked in, it was burgundy and dark green, all the older colors. It looked more quiet, solemn, and dark. That wasn't as appealing to me. Otherwise, I loved everything about it. I talked to three of the residents. One of them talked to me in the hall, and they arranged for me to talk to another lady and another gentleman. Everybody there liked it. The other thing that Rolling Hills Ranch lacked was closet space. They couldn't have a lot of Christmas decorations or anything like that because there wasn't room for it.

they have very nice people working and living there ,there head chef makes some very good meals , we where able to try the dinners before deciding to take the room , its very clean and the veterans pictures of those that live there make a nice touch, the court room is full of flowers and waterfountain to look at there are lots of social things to do and them take them to many zoos and football games ! what we like as a family, is there is a social room for the whole family to come and have time with the grandparents. my parents are enjoying making new friends and not having to worry about what bills are next when its all taking care of for them now . without having to buy meals also helps a lot , with all there meals cooked for them , they even have small dogs that come around that brings smiles to every ones face, the staff is very nice always having time to talk with anyone, it really feels like a family .
