My mom is at Autumn Pointe Assisted Living. It's a small, friendly, and caring community. It's like small town living. The staff is very caring. They get to know each of the people there and attend to their individual needs. I think we get a lot for what we pay for my mom. There are activities every day, and they are always keeping her involved. They have craft activities, they take them on outings, they do picnics, and they do community service activities like making Easter baskets for the children of the area. My mom is in a one-bedroom apartment. She has a living room with a kitchenette, a very large bedroom and a private bathroom. They do a very good job of keeping the facility. It's all landscaped. There are new flowers planted. Everything is painted and kept up. My mom's whole apartment was repainted before she moved in, so it's very nice. They have a separate dining room where they have their meals, or they can eat in their room. My mom goes to the dining room for her three meals. Then they have a coffee shop where they have snacks for the residents and any guests that they have, and they have a private dining room if your family comes to visit.

Autumn Pointe Assisted Living was a really nice place. Everyone was really nice. I got all my questions answered. They were very clear in directing me where I needed to go, and they explained everything to me in detail. The rooms were very nice, even the smallest one, which was a studio. It's bigger than your average nursing home room. They play cards, Bingo, they have entertainment, and they take them out and get ice cream. The energy was great. Everybody had a smile on their face, and they welcome you with open arms. It's a very kind and open environment. The menu and the variety of food were amazing. The dining area was very nice, clean, and organized.

Autumn Pointe Assisted Living is a great place. It's clean, friendly, they're helpful, and my relative really likes it. They have something going on all the time. They have all kinds of different things that everybody can do. Every morning at 9:00 they have coffee for the guys that live there. There's only like nine of them. They take them once a week to the library, and they take them to Walmart one day a week to shop. They also bring them to Omaha at different times, and they take them to the doctor. They provide three meals a day and the cleanliness is very good.
