The Living Centre looks well organized. The staff is very engaged, cooperative, and they seemed to work hard to accommodate anybody's distinct needs. My mom is a Celiac and can't do wheat. And we talked to the head chef and she was 100 percent on-board with providing for that kind of need. And other than that, the facility is somewhat plain, but it is still more than adequate. The staff is highly engaged and responsive to our requests for information and their cooperation is excellent. It's just an older facility and the upkeep is fine. It's clean and looks to be well maintained.

I would never send my parents to The Living Centre. It was a sad place and it was not very good. When we got there, nobody knew that we were supposed to be there. They didn't have any information about us coming in. There was a nurse that found somebody for us, but that took some time. The tour was simple because the place didn't offer much. The rooms were like studios, very plain, and they looked like hotel rooms. They had one corner that had an old treadmill bike. Everything was so outdated.

The Living Centre had an excellent view in the room. They were very good. We walked through and looked at a very nice room. They had things for them to do. There was no parking available, which is probably the only negative we could find. There wasn't a lot of bells and whistles but instead it was more set up for a community that doesn't like stuff too fancy, which is a plus in some cases.
