My family member lives at Rosetta, every time we visit her, the caregivers are very helpful and kind. The Administrator makes sure we are heard and makes sure their residents receive the best attention and continued care, she is very hands on, as is the house manager. The rooms are a nice size, housekeeping keeps things clean and sanitized. They have great activities, art, games, and even tie dyed the other day. They have upgraded their buildings inside and both houses look amazing, smell and look clean and well maintained. We are lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our loved one, she is in good hands.

My mother moved into Rosetta Assisted Living - Missoula. I've never actually been to the facility. My brother and father took her there, but she seems happy there. It's a very small facility, the ratio is very good, so there's only 24 patients total. It's quaint. We seem happy thus far. It's not going to be long-term for us because it's too expensive, but for now it's working. I think it's good, everything seems good when I call them, they're very responsive, they get me right to my mom, and she seems in good spirits, which is good.

My mother has lived at Rosetta in Missoula for almost 2 1/2 years. It is a new facility and has been a very nice place for her to live. I have been pleased with the care shown by the staff, including the concern for her well-being. I have appreciated their response to requests I have made over that time for my mother's needs. I highly recommend Rosetta to anyone who is searching for a comfortable, secure and safe place for their loved one.

My husband is at Rosetta Homes. He has been there for two years now. I think it is probably the best place I have ever seen. The number of patients is 14, so it is very small. His caretakers are incredibly nice and sweet. They are good, caring, and loving. They have a central kitchen where food is brought on trays. They cook right in the center of the facility in a kitchen. Some of the patients help out when they are able to, so the food is always hot, and it is not served like cafeteria. That's very important. My husband eats everything that is put in front of him. I would say that he likes the food. The grounds are fenced in. There is a courtyard. In the summer time, the patients are taken out there. They walk them around the Great Northern Loop. I'm very satisfied with the whole thing.
