My mom moved into Son Heaven Assisted Living. So far, she really likes it. I like that the assistant manager is extremely willing to help with any questions we have. If she doesn't make it to the dinner table, they'll bring the food to her room. Anytime she has a question, they fix the problem right away, so I haven't found a downside yet. The assistant manager is just right on top of things. One time I asked one of the workers where something was at, she just went and found it within less than 5 minutes. The only complaint my mom has is they feed her too much, and she likes all the food. Some of the carpets are a little bit old, but everything is nice and clean. There's bingo, crafts, they've got the bible study that comes in, haircutters come in, they have people that do the manicures and pedicures, and it seems like they always got something going on.

Son Heaven Assisted Living 2 is in a remote area. It’s a nice setting, but there’s no place to go during the day. If you want to go to a restaurant or to a store, you would have to take a bus. They do have transportation, and you can use it, but you have to book for a schedule. It’s nice and clean. They have nice staff, but there are no outside facilities. The staff who assisted me during my visit was very nice, personable, clean, and happy.
