My father is now here. The size of the community, what they had to offer, and its location were the reasons why we chose them. My father got his three meals a day and snacks at any time. There are on-staff nursing care, entertainment, and activities. The food is very good, and they have a very good variety of food. My father's apartment is very nice. In terms of cleanliness and upkeep, the community is newer, very updated, bright, and cheery. The staff is amazing, too.

It struck me as being nice. That was the one that I would have liked to have put my father into, but they were more money than I wanted to spend. When I toured that place, I kind of came away just going like, "Wow, I wish every place was like this, I wish I could afford this." That was the one that impressed me the most. I saw seven different places, and Anthology was the one that had the most impressive staff. They were like a bunch of PhDs running around that place. They were just sharp cookies. The place was new. It was sparkly. Everybody was high energy. It was first class. I was impressed with that place, but it was just too expensive. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff that I met. I toured with the director of memory care and she was smart. She was a sharp cookie. She had it all together. It was everything I wanted. It's just I could not afford it. It was a newer facility, very well maintained, and in really top shape.

I had a good tour. We talked about the dining services, the physical therapy places, the entertainment area, the room itself, and the basic coverage of the services. They had 3 different types of rooms. The staff was extremely pleasant and informative. I saw the movie theater and the place where they have different activities going on.

I visited here. It was a little far from our particular location, more than 20 minutes. That one's a little far from home, but that location was very nice. The staff was very nice, starting from the parking lot. Somebody was coming to work, and they were making sure that we got to the right place and acknowledged us. We were very happy about that. The building was fabulous, the different locations within. My aunt likes to read, so they had a little library area set up that I was glad to see. My aunt loves to eat, they have great eating facilities, and the options were good. It was very clean, pristine as a matter of fact. The one thing that I liked is I saw smiling people who live there, so that's always a good sign.

We were very, very pleased with our tour here; I would recommend it. It was very positive. I noticed that we did not feel like we're in a nursing home or a senior center. It felt like they really cared for the patients there. The residents I saw seemed very, very happy. I observed a memory care session when they were doing activities on the floor, and the activity director had the residents very engaged. They had puzzles for them to be working on, activities like a chair activity where they had to pass the ball from one another, and they like physical movement, which I thought was very good. The rooms were very clean, very updated. It felt more like a home, and it was not like a hospital room by any means. They had a beauty shop (like a salon) on each floor. The patient or the resident did not have to go up and down the different floors; I believe there were three floors. They also had a massage area. The assisted one had an actual library, where they could use computers, books, and things like that. It was very nice. And all of them had outdoor access. It looks like you're on vacation. The staff were all very welcoming. When I was taking the tour, they all eagerly came up and introduced themselves to me and told me what they did for their job there. They were very professional.

My sister's and I are extremely satisfied with Town and Country. Our mother is very happy with her friends. She calls every her friends. She isnt able to understand alot but knows her friends are always there. This gives us peace of mind during the restrictions that have been placed on facilities. We have tried to talk with mom on Video chats but it's confusing to her. Thank you to the care givers that are there taking care of my mom..

My overall visit was excellent. The wellness staff, the chef, and the memory care staff were in the conference room with me and answered all my questions. The room and the dining room were all beautiful. They showed me the whole building actually. They said that they kinda work on a philosophy, so the rooms are smaller, but it's because they don't want you to be staying in your room. They want you to be out with other people, and they want you to be socializing. They showed me the bedroom, the menu, and the levels of care. I never knew that some assisted living facilities go by how many minutes it takes to care for an individual. They were probably the best one. When I left there, there weren't any questions that I felt like I had to go back and ask them. I saw both assisted living and memory care. I didn't know if my in-laws would need memory care or if they would need the assisted living part, so they showed me both. My concerns were addressed and explained. For instance, my mother-in-law is ruthless and very argumentative, and they explained to me why that can happen and why it happens. It was more like a seminar where they explained everything to me.

My mother has moved here. We are super pleased. They're very professional, but friendly, and very involved with the whole process of us moving in and her care plan. Several members of our family interacted with them and we're all really pleased. They encourage the residents to participate in activities. They offer medication and assistance with daily activities. She gets assisted with everything, getting in and out of bed, and dressing. They have the activities, they take care of her medication, and they offer physical therapy. I saw the list of activities, and it was really nice.
