I will be moving into The Emerson at St. Peters. From what I've seen of it so far, I liked it. The pool and the room that they had available are right across the hall from the pool. They do the laundry. This place is perfect. It's set up for me like a ranch out. Everything that I need is on the same floor within doors. It's like two doors to the left is the laundry. The other direction is the fitness, the hair salon, the food, and the activity room. The food is good. The pool is great. The facility is clean. The place is very lit up. They have a bar and a pool table inside. There are so many activities going on. It gives you a better feeling. You don't feel like you're in an apartment all day long. They have an open dining room, so I can go in when I want to eat and not have set times that I have to eat, or I could miss a meal. You feel more like you have your own freedom in your life in this place. The marketing person was great. I've met the maintenance and the people at the front desk. They all seem very open, very eager to help, and friendly.

The Watermark at St. Peters is very nice. My room is very nice, too. The staff members are very kind, very caring and very nice. For activities, they have cards, games, and outings for lunch and dinner. They also have movies and bingo. The food is very good. There's always a good variety on the menu.

The Watermark at St. Peters was a little bit older facility. They had a small pool. I wasn't wild about the location, although it was probably the closest one to where my daughter lives. It was pretty average. The director who is brand new gave us the tour. We had a mix-up on the times with the person who usually does the tour. They were nice and cordial. There was a dining area, but there was no one there at the time. They served three meals, but you got a meal allowance of so much money to use per month. The dining area was on the second floor with some windows and it was very nice. It's a more urban setting compared to the other two which are more on the outer edges of their community. I don't think they had as much land around as some of the others. I know they also have a community of duplexes, along with their high-rise living quarters, but I wasn't interested in those.

I toured The Watermark at St. Peters. They were very courteous and very helpful. They tried really hard to help meet my needs, but they couldn't. I saw the rooms, and they were very clean and a good size. They had a meal-type area on-site that you could order meals from. You also got a meal allowance that was covered in your rent for a portion of the meals. They had a real nice dining area, which was very large and very clean. The atmosphere was very upbeat. People seemed very happy.

Our experience with Watermark at St. Peter’s has been exceptionally good, Leatha has been wonderful from day 1- we couldn’t ask for more assistance, patience, compassion from Leatha for our family. My mom who moved there on Feb 11 on needed some help making the adjustment. Leatha, Cheryl, Tara, Ava, Ashley, Lisa, any others have all been so loving and helpful. Can’t thank them enough. Mom now feels at home in this wonderful facility.

We were so impressed with the new luxurious updates when Jen took us on a tour. You get lots of value for a reasonable price. They have beautiful apartments have plenty of room with lots of amenities and there are very nice villas with garages. The new restaurant was a high-end dining experience you need to try for yourself! All the staff at The Watermark was so kind and attentive and the residents had such good things to say. This would be a wonderful place to call home!

I chose The Watermark at St. Peters for myself. They're remodeling the whole thing. They're putting in new carpeting and new appliances, and I'm getting a villa. One building has one- and two-bedroom apartments and then a street over is the villa. I toured a one-bedroom, which I was going to get, and then I realized that's not going to be enough room, so I ended up taking the villa because then I have a garage and a little more independence. They just opened a new deli. Everything looked nice. The staff was great. The villa looked very peaceful and calm. The folder they gave me had an activity calendar for June and they have activities every day. I've seen bingo, dominoes, and movies, and they go shopping sometimes. I've seen a couple of restaurants they go to. They have a swimming pool and an exercise room if you want to use them. Upkeep and maintenance were good because it seems like they're always working on something. They furnish breakfast and 20 meals a week, but probably when I move in, they'll change. The staff told me they're getting ready to change it. They're going to give everybody like a $400 food card a month until they use it up however they want to eat. I had lunch when I went on my tour and it was very good. Everybody I've talked to has been nice. People were sitting outside yesterday and they were all very friendly, and they said, "Welcome aboard!" I had salad, a barbecue chicken sandwich, and a piece of cake, and it was good. I had it in a room next to the front desk, but I saw the dining room and the area where they were going to open a little cafe if you didn't want to go to the dining room sometimes.

DO NOT give this organization your auto pay information. My mother left 4 MONTHS ago with a credit balance and after 4 months of calling and asking for credit balance to be paid out, still no check has been issued. No answer and no check.

I visited three years ago. It was nice. There was nothing bad about it. It's just too long ago for me to really remember it. It's got a nice interior. The staff member was very nice and showed me everything they had. They offered a lot of activities for their residents. I had nothing against it. The dining room was very nice. It was sit-down dining, and it was pretty spacious. It's a pretty big place and it felt homey.

It was very nice and clean, and the people were wonderful, but it felt like a hospital. They accept pets, and they had a beauty salon. Everyone was very nice.

It seemed like a nice, clean place with big rooms. The food seemed fine. My mom knows a bunch of the residents, which is one of the reasons why she's looking to go there. The staff was really nice and helpful and gave us a lot of good information.

We visited and the lady was really nice and gave me a nice tour. The facility is about 14 years old and all independent living. It was bright and clean. The residents looked pretty good and happy. The staff was very nice.

The staff and people were nice and friendly. They have a nice dinner set up and free breakfast. The rooms were a little bit smaller than the other facilities, but they were nice with a bedroom, a living room, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove, and a refrigerator. They have more cabinet space than I have in my house. They have a whole board full of activities. The only thing I didn't like was that they have laundry rooms where you take your laundry, not laundry facilities in the private rooms. The staff was informative, very nice, and help you with anything you need. They answered all of my questions.

We were impressed with it. My mother-in-law is very pleased, and she is very happy. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. It is very clean, and the food is good according to my mother-in-law. There is a movie night on Friday, and they have Bingo. They have a swimming pool where they do water aerobics and a bus that they take them on outings, shopping, doctors' appointments, the casino, or the mall.

We could've had a little villa. The only problem was you had to go to the main building to eat, and it was on a hill. Missouri has very cold weather with a lot of snow, and we didn't want to have to go out to go into the main building in a bad weather to eat. But we could've had our dog there. We didn't see the apartment. They just showed us a villa, which was nice, and it was like having your own little house.

It is a nice community, and I liked the villas. The staff was fantastic, and we were invited for lunch. It was delicious. I recommend this, and even for those who do not have the villas, I also liked the apartments on the other side. They have an indoor pool, and I liked it.

We moved in on May 25th. I like the people and the cleanliness. Everyone is really very nice and the amenities that they offer are great. They're very wonderful people. The room is beautiful. They keep it really nice and clean and there's housekeeping also. The food is great. They have all kinds of activities: exercises, trips, going to the grocery stores, card games, Bingo, and pool exercises. They have everything. Everybody I talked to was really pleased.

It was great. They were tip top, good, and very nice. A person would love to live there. The staff was very friendly. They even tried to prepare dinner for me when they invited me to stay or to come back. However, I turned it down.

It is a nice facility. I was able to meet a few of the residents and we discussed how they like it there and they were pleased. The staff were fine. The manager, she took great time in showing us the facility. She actually took us around and showed us what was available, but it just didn’t fit into our plans because I only need independent living and what they have is assisted living. Their apartments are adequate, but nothing really spectacular. Their dining room was alright. It wasn’t lunch time when we were there so we were not able to eat. They provide transportation to doctor's offices and to shopping. They have a pool table and a community room with big screen TV in there. They also play bingo which I'm not into that much. All in all there is a large arrangement of activities.
