I take my sister, who has pretty bad dementia, to a daycare program in Mill Creek Village. It's in their long-term memory facility (The Arbors), but they have daycare patients. It's been marvelous. The first thing you always notice is how clean it is. For each holiday, they decorate beautifully. The staff is just really, really nice. I know they go for walks, but I'm not real sure of the other activities. The staff is incredibly friendly, incredibly competent, and very, very good. The people seemed satisfied. It's hard for me because she always wants to leave with me, but they'll easily divert her for me. There's a beauty shop. It's difficult for me to wash her hair and stuff like that, but they take care of that. It's always decorated. Right now, there's a beautiful tree up and Christmas decorations. It's very nice. It smells good, and they had tablecloths and flowers on the table, and nice chairs.

Mill Creek Village was beautiful. It's neat and clean. We looked at a duplex, which was almost like a house, and it was the highest-priced spot. It was roomy and well done. The grounds had nice landscaping. The facilities were also nice and more than adequate. The staff was friendly, very gracious, very helpful, and followed through well.

My mother moved into Mill Creek Village. It's a nice place, the people stood out, they're willing to take her quickly, and they're very caring. The rooms are new, nice, clean, and they have private rooms. They provide good meals, they provide a few activities, but they're on lockdown.

I can’t recommend Mill Creek Village highly enough. To begin with, they are proficient and professional and the facility itself is clean, well-furnished and wonderfully designed. But it was the caring and compassion that was shown to our father that mattered most to the family. We felt Mill Creek went above and beyond during his stay there. My wife and I (and my sisters) were exceptionally impressed by the entire staff at Mill Creek, and wholeheartedly recommend them. They have created an exceptional living environment there, a homey place; a place where quality and empathy coexist. I can’t think of any better place for someone who needs assistance to go and be cared for.

The Cottages at Mill Creek Village was a good place. They had very nice apartments, but it was too expensive for us. The place was pretty new. There were cottages, which we were interested in because they were very nice. The staff was very pleasant. The layout was kind of cramped and close together, but the entire place was well kept. They only served one meal a day and had the food catered in, which was a turn off for me.
