My spouse is a current resident and is very well cared for. His room is cleaned often and is very spacious. We can set it up how we wish. The food is good and he has a variety. The staff are friendly and caring and many have worked there for a long time. Administration, nursing and social services are always willing to listen and resolve any concerns. There are many Dr's to choose from.

I have 2 family members who live here. One on the skilled unit and one on the memory care. Both are very well taken care of for their own specific diagnosis!

My mom moved into St. Joe Manor. I liked the friendliness all around, and even the residents were very positive. We got to interview or talk with residents too, and they just love the place. The staff were very kind. They even helped us move the supplies and furniture that my mom needed. Everything was really topnotch and very professional. They were nothing but kind and courteous the entire time. They invited us to sit down and eat with family there. It was very good food. It was very clean, and there were very courteous people serving. It was very good. I would say it's a fair value for money.
Never put anyone here

My dad was in here in 2020 for a week. When we went to see him, it took them forever to bring him outside to the covid visit and we had an appointment. He was dirty and wearing someone else's teeth. When I complained Sharon told us, " I don't even have to let you see him." I got him out the next day. He was only there a few weeks and they lost clothes, his chord to his recliner, and his heart monitor.

My sister was in this facility for a very short time. We had her moved after only a week. The food was horrible, the care she received was awful. I would go to her room and she would cry and tell me how she had not received a shower. I checked on the shower schedule. She was on the Tuesday and Friday schedule this was Saturday and she had not had a bath. Medicine was not given timely. I could go on and on. I would advise to not put your family member in this facility.

The problems here starts at the top with the administration. They take care of NONE of your reports or concerns. High staff turn over, low staff pay, constant understaffing, poor resident care. Most unprofessional place I have ever had the nightmare to deal with. Thank God for the few caring, underpaid staff that grew close to my mom.

My father has been at St. Joe Manor since September. I'm not really pleased with it. It is clean enough and he eats OK, but they can't keep track of his shoes, clothes, bed clothing, or blanket. He keeps getting weaker and weaker because he just sits all day. I have never seen the staff do anything with him. When I have a question, I can't find anybody to talk to. I asked them to take him to the eye doctor, they said they wrote it down, but they had never taken him. I'm not really pleased with them. St. Joe Manor is not terrible; my father seems to be OK there, but I expect a little more. He has a small room with a small closet and a bathroom with no counter, so there is no place to put his personal things. It is sparse. The food is alright; my dad seems to like it OK. I picked him up and took him out for an ice cream, but he had to walk down two long halls to get to the outside, which is far for a man who is 90 years old. I'm not really excited about that. That unit is far away from the door, but the pricing is fine.

My father is in St. Joe Manor, and he likes it very much. It is probably not as picturesque, but it is more convenient for him and considerably cheaper.
