My father has moved into The Residence at Cerenity White Bear Lake. It's very good. They have activities every day and they check in on him. As he's improved a little bit, they adjusted his level of care and the pricing with it, so those are all good things. I'm in regular communication with them, and they've been really good to work with as far as that goes. I live in Denver and that's in Saint Paul, Minnesota area, but they've been really good. The room is good. They put my father on the first floor. It's pretty spacious. It's like a one-bedroom apartment, and so he's got a little kitchen, a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom that's equipped for wheelchair access. Food is okay. The menu is good. Dad likes it. I have eaten it a couple of times. Every day, they'll have activities whether they're chair exercises, music, bingo, and other types of games. There's a daily activity.

We toured Cerenity Residence - White Bear Lake. It was fine. It was an older facility, and the units were smaller, which worked better for us. They provide the main appliances; if you want a microwave, you'll need to bring one. They have outdoor space, and it looks nice. The staff was kind and informative.

I went to Cerenity White Bear Lake Assisted Living. It's nice, it's not as big as some of the others, they're kind of in between price wise. The staff that we met was very nice. We were there for transitional care before. There's not like a lot of outside area, but it does seem to be kept up nice and clean. They did like bingo, and they have people that come in and do singing, animal visits, and movie nights. They seemed to have a lot of interaction, like trying to provide different things to keep people busy. If people wanted to be busy, they could definitely do that there.

It’s been four months since mom has been at Cerenity Senior Care, and everything has been wonderful. She has her own private room with a bedroom, living room, and a bathroom. They play bingo, watch movies, and play other card games. The staff is very friendly and polite. This facility is the best.

Cerenity Residence has nursing home, assisted living, and they also have apartments. They have all three, but they were full. They had a long waiting list unfortunately. There was lots of staff there. You could tell that people like their job and like what they do. They're very in-tune with the residents. They would do gardening with them. I thought they were very involved with the residents. It was a very nice place. They had very nice people there. They have different activities that they put together every week, i.e., balloon volleyball. They had a lot of stuff. I think they would change things up every one or two weeks.

Cerenity Residence of WBL was an older facility. We went in for a visit and they were so nice. The lady who had a one bedroom, they called her and asked if she wouldn't mind having a visitor; she has been there for a really long time so she has an older room, but she made her room homey. If the residents don’t come down to breakfast by noon, they will knock on the door to check, and I like that.
