The Residence at Cerenity Marian is a good and very nice place. It's very Catholic orientated and it's fully staffed. They are very conscientious and very, very friendly in trying to help you out as much as they can. I have a very nice one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a nice courtyard view, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. They provide excellent meals. With my rent, I am given one meal of my choice per day, then it's up to me how I make my two other meals. We have music, cards, get-togethers, religious activities, and quite a bit of activities.

My older sister is at The Residence at Cerenity Marian. She needs to be there, as she digresses with her health, we can move her just basically from floor to floor. She is in independent living currently. We started her in assisted living and then she moved out without consulting with us. Right now, we're just monitoring her and making sure she stays OK in independent living. It will be two years at the end of this month. Without Covid, it's fabulous because they have book clubs, prayer groups, and birthday parties once a month for anybody who was born in that month. They have fabulous food. They have arts and crafts. They have a van that takes the residents to Target or Wal-Mart. They can get out and about. They also would take them to the State Fair or the Conservatory. They offer a lot of activities. The apartments are lovely. The environment is lovely. They're just very kind and caring people. If I go to visit my sister, I can purchase a meal ticket and join her for meals. You're getting your money's worth. It's very good value.

My mother has been in this facility for two months and I have yet to been able to access/speak with her. I've left multiple emails & voicemails with both the executive director and social worker at this facility but haven't received a single response. I have been completely cut off from my mother with zero explanation. Nobody is advocating for my mother's care & best interests.

Cerenity Marian has a great central location for visiting family members from every corner of the metro area. The staff showed us the large campus for assisted living with many areas for gathering, socializing, and relaxing. The residents were moving around, and the staff was busy caring for the facility and residents. The standard of safety measures was high, the enclosed, private, outdoor courtyard was lovely, and the spacious rooms were well laid out with lots of windows brightening the space. My confidence with Cerenity - Marian was high. Having the skilled, the nursing care, transitional, and long-term care tier of help was a plus. We saw the one-bedrooms, and I loved the large, I don't know if you call it a bay window, but it was beautiful. People played cards, they had activities that were set up, but because of COVID we weren't able to go to many of these spaces. I saw the workout room area through a little window. They were pretty tight on their COVID restrictions when we visited. When we narrow things down, it definitely will be on the list.

My mom is currently at Marian Center (Cerenity Care Center). So far they are good. They're going through a remodel now, so she got moved down to a different floor. They still provide good care. The nursing home is pretty good. The staff members are very good, the food looks good, and the care is good. It seems like a very good place. They have activities too.

My mom was particularly impressed by Cerenity because of the kind of personal attention and care. It felt more intimate than other places. The staff is very attentive. Everybody knows everybody by their first name and I think it was just a very welcoming acquaintance initially that she responded to.

We found the staff at Cerenity to be very caring and helpful. Their activities director gave us great information about all of the activities and trips available to residents. We were very pleased with the staffs engagement and attention to details. The facility itself was well kept up and looked very clean. They had a nice up to date community room, clean bathrooms, and overall a nice place. The rooms available were a little bit small but had a nice view and a personal bathroom. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We spoke with a family that had their Grandma there for just over two years. They also had great things to say about Cerenity and that their Grandma was very happy there. We chose this place because of the level of service we received from the staff. They did a great job of showing us all the reasons seniors want to live with Cerenity. We are very confident we made the right choice

I think the staff's personalities should have been much more scrutinized before hiring them. I witnessed many staff members treating residents in a harsh manner. In addition to that, I think the nutritionists need to implement food programs that adhere to the findings of this era about food. Beef stroganoff is simply not healthy, and elderly people who's health is fragile should be being fed well-balanced and highly nutritious meals.
