My mother has been at Gracewood since November 2020, and through Covid the staff has been so supportive of her and our family, and creative in doing activities in house. They have encouraged her participation in the activities, even with her Alzheimer's. Compared to the facility she was in, this staff is very attentive, responsive, and caring. They set a tone for the residents, and encourage kindness. Where she used to have frequent urinary infections, she has had none since coming to Gracewood.

At Gracewood, we lost half of my mother's wardrobe because it never made it back. Laundry was supposedly done one room at a time, but apparently, it wasn't. Her experience was not good. The apartment was very nice. The food was really starchy, which is not good. Julie, who did recreational activities with residents twice a day during the week, was absolutely wonderful.
