Of the people working with her at Galtier Health Center, some were good and some were not. Some staff would respond quickly and others would not. The cleanliness was poor and the facility definitely needed upgrading. It's overcrowded and it's not a good place. The rooms were very small, although their dining room was spacious enough and clean. I wasn’t able to taste the food, but my client did not complain about it. They offer activities like bingo, music, and other appropriate activities.

So far, I am not very impressed by the facility, although the people that we interacted with that were working there were nice and friendly and seemed to be caring. The people working in the patient care and support seemed to be people from the immigrant community, which I understand, hold elderly people in a more valued position than some of us here that are native to the US, so I was not unhappy with the person-to-person care. However, there was a displeasing smell, more of food, than anything...
