Right now, Central Towers are undergoing a very large remodeling. It’s looking just really wonderful; new carpeting, they are going to be redoing the dining room, they are going to do the main lounge, and they are going to do just about everything was really nice. The working staff are all very good; you can ask some questions and if they don’t know, they find out for you right away. The maintenance department is wonderful if you have problems, the activity staff is wonderful, everybody here is. You know I can’t say enough about where I live; I just love it.

I toured Central Towers. I was very impressed with the overall look of the place. There are lots of amenities. There are lots of things offered. The rooms are tiny, but that's okay. The only question that I might have is the availability of parking for visitors. The director gave me a complete, although it was somewhat limited but enough for me to get a good feel of the place. The one I am eligible for is called a studio, which means it's just one big room. The building looked very clean.

Central Towers is excellent. I like the location. It's seven blocks from my son's apartment building and six blocks from Myers Park, and there's also music all summer long. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very professional. The apartments I looked at were very clean and looked well-maintained.

I only dealt with the manager of Central Towers, and he was very, very knowledgeable, and very professional. The facility and the layout was OK, except it seemed smaller than the other place I visited. The hallways are still navigable, but my recollection is they were a little smaller. The place is very clean.

The staff at Central Towers is fabulous, but the units are tiny. The deal with the TV stuff with 12 channels is fabulous. You have a second phone backup where you can watch whoever wants to come in and go to your apartment. The workout room there is great. The only problem is how small it is inside the apartment and how little cabinet space you have. Some of the rooms have a built in little place to put in books or a TV in the living room. On the opposite side, they would have a good size mirror and a built in chest drawer into the wall below it. They are small drawers. You have to consider that the bedroom is so small that you'd almost want something that is built in. The amenities are fabulous except for the fact that there is no parking. You would have to pay for parking for any amount of time. The staff there was all super bubbly. They trip over their feet to help you. I couldn't say anything bad about them. I am eligible to get the two meals free because they have two meals a day. They have activities, and there were buses and things that can take you here and there. The view sucked.
