Watch out when you move out they act in bad faith with charging for repairs. Also staff does not show up for promised services.

beautiful facility, however, with time we saw staff were not attentive, responsive and actually witnessed blatant lying (on more than one occasion). very disappointing and concerning! paying for services is expected, but paying for services that were not provided or lied about being provided is unacceptable.

I'm very impressed with Cherrywood Pointe. They had assisted living, but you don't have to sign up for it if you don't need it. It's very clean, well-run, and I've heard good things about them. The person who assisted me was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked the facilities, and you could choose any activity you want to do there. The dining area was excellent.

I placed a deposit in Cherrywood. I liked it, and I knew my father would know individuals there. I had a very good feeling about them. I saw a few of the rooms, a studio and a one-bedroom, that I liked. However, there was a six-month waiting list. It was close to my work, and there was a beautiful lake. It was perfect. They had a beautician, exercises, and shopping trips.

We visited Cherrywood Pointe, and the experience was good. The place was lovely, and the staff was really helpful. The staff showed me a unit, but the size of it was not what I wanted. We were invited to a picnic that they were offering for the residents. It was very nice of them to do that. The food was great. They did have activities, and the staff was fun. In fact, the activities director and the woman who toured us around impressed us the most.

We chose Cherrywood Pointe because it has all the amenities that we were looking for. I am impressed with the staff and the layout of the building. It has a very classy feel to it. It doesn't feel dark and it is not overly religious. I like best the wooded area in the back and the walking path there. I also like that we can choose which meals we want for the person we are looking after. They have the usual activities like exercise classes, outings, group meetings, etc. They also have a theater for their residents.

We visited Cherrywood Pointe since we were looking for a place to move in. The location was very important to us and it was near our daughter. There seemed to have an advantage not having to move to a new place if a different level of care was needed. It was a brand new facility and it looked clean.
