My mother was a resident of Mainstreet for 5 years and enjoyed her stay there very much. She had a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The staff, activities and accommodations were all very good and welcoming. The staff did an amazing job during the Covid months to keep the residents safe and everything moving along as best they could to try and keep the residents content to make it as easy and comfortable as possible for everyone to get through. Much appreciated!

I liked Mainstreet Village. Its nice, its clean, the apartments are cute, the staff was nice, and its affordable. They have 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments. Its closer to relatives and friends, but farther from my mothers doctor and church.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Search on! Our loved ones where in the memory care unit and the staff was very inconsistent. Long call light waits, forgetting to give important meds almost cost my dads life! I feel sorry for those that are living there and don't have family in town and are assuming that their loved one is receiving proper care. Makes me very sad. This place takes on way more than they can handle. I could go on!

The people I met at Mainstreet Village were very nice and friendly. The inside was very nice and included a very roomy dining room, but it didn't have a lot of green areas. It was located right on the road, so it didn't have much of a courtyard or patio.

My mother-in-law is in an independent apartment at Mainstreet Village right now. It is close to shopping and things like that and some public transportation, and the rent is reasonable compared to some other places. So those were some of the factors that went into the decision. They have scheduled transportation for the residents and various activities scheduled that they do like local trips, and they have a library. The apartment is nice; it is as big as all the others we looked at or bigger. It is a one-bedroom that has a living room, a kitchen, a walk-in closet, and a dishwasher, which is good. They have a laundry room on each floor, so the residents have go into the laundry room to do the laundry, and it is coin-operated. Ideally if you had a washer and dryer in your unit, that would be the best, but if not, then it would be better if they didn't have to actually use coins to use it; if it were just free, that would be better.

My father is now at Mainstreet Village of Richfield. We chose it because it is close to my sister's house and also because we like it. There are lots of areas for him to walk in there and that's good. We also like that there is somebody there always checking on him. They have a little card outside the door that he would just flip and it says, "I'm okay for the day." His apartment is good. He has a two-bedroom, which is a large unit for the cost. He has got a lot of storage there. The meal plan is very nice for him because he doesn't cook. He doesn't complain about the food. My father can also take advantage of the hair salon there. They did have a bus, but he met a lady there, and she has been talking him into going to places and getting out. So that's good, otherwise, he would just sit in the apartment watching TV.

I'm in here at Mainstreet Village for almost four year and everything is fine. I am very happy with this facility. My room has two-bedroom and two-bathroom. It also has all the appliances and an air-conditioning.
