My mother is at The Fountains at Hosanna. It is excellent. I like that it's connected to a church, so she can go walking any time she wants to, even in the winter. The rooms are all very nice, in good shape, and kept well, and clean. They have a library, a theater, and a club lounge, like a place for parties. They have a hair salon. There is a bathtub that people can use if they want. The activities vary by week, but they have art classes and lots of music things and entertainment. They have a happy hour on Fridays. They have a ladies' coffee and a men's coffee on Friday mornings. There's always coffee at the front desk available. They have a van and they take people to places like Walmart and Target or out to eat at certain places. They have a fair number of activities. The staff is excellent. They're all very pleasant and easy to work with. They go out of their way to help when they can.

I was able to tour The Fountains at Hosanna. They don't have a unit that you can go in and see, but they showed us a unit that was being readied for somebody to move in. And I did not like it because it was very dark. They had a balcony built at the front, but it was not one you can use, it was just for looks, so that made the whole unit very dark. There was no laundry facility in the unit, you had to go down to do laundry. The upkeep of the place looked good, it was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only staff I met was the sales director, and she was good at her job. They had an exercise room, church services, and all kinds of things to do like bingo, crafts, and things. They're also connected to a church that you could just walk right over to.

We looked at The Fountains at Hosanna. The tour was very nice. We were impressed by the building. The unit seemed a little small, but it was nice. The person who gave us the tour was very pleasant and impressed us. It seemed like a family. The people were nice. I thought it would be a very nice place for a single person. We liked that the church was a part of it. It was clean and had a lot of special things for the people, like a room where you could go when you family came over. There was a play area for grandchildren to play and an area for adults to sit.

The Fountains at Hosanna was beautiful, but I don’t know about the care because my mom was never there. It was a really nice facility and beautiful but more expensive. It was only a couple of years old, so it’s a very nice facility. Everything was very nice and clean. It’s connected with my church, so I love it because my church is amazing. It was very nice that they took the residents to church. I love that.

The Fountains at Hosanna is very new. There is a Lutheran Church there called Hosanna, and it is associated with that. They are in the same campus, so you can just go to the church right from your room without going outside. That is one of the reasons why my mother picks it. Her room is a nice one-bedroom with a small kitchen area and living room. It is big enough for her. She likes it. They have a hairdresser there. She has her nails done, and they have services.

My mother likes The Fountains at Hosanna; it’s very modern looking, it is new, and it is up to date. It’s just had a nice feel to it, and it seems fine; she likes it. She just has like a little one bedroom; it’s like a little apartment. I am very satisfied right now at the level she is at, she likes to play cards, she goes for the arts, and she likes to go to the theater.

I passed by The Fountains a lot of times so I decided to drop by. There were a lot of community type rooms and a dining hall. The residents chose if they wanted their meals served at the dining hall instead of their rooms. I saw the one bedroom apartments and they were nice. However, the lady who showed me around was busy with another client and she did not seem to know so much. So it was kind of an unproductive visit.
