My father-in-law moved into Harmony Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. It had availability, it was spacious, and the staff was nice. He says that the food is fine. It smelled good, but I have not tasted it. His room is great, spacious, clean, and durable. The atmosphere is great. It's clean, it's a nice area, and secure. There's exercise twice a week, there are activities for coffee and tea, some social hours, bingo, opportunities to watch TV together, and they're playing cards, some games or puzzles. He says that the staff has been great.

Harmony Place Assisted Living & Memory Care has two levels. The tour was very overwhelming for my parents because they didn't greet us at the front door. We had to weave back to their office and then they took us out the back door of their office to a room and then they zig-zagged us all over the two floors. They were very confused about where they would go for meals, where they would go to the office, or how they would get around in this community. They even, at one point cut us through a staff closet. So, the tour was very overwhelming and confusing for my parents. It was a beautiful building though. They have exercise programs and they have entertainment that comes in and music that comes in. The staff was very friendly.
