I toured Mount Royal Pines I. It's a smaller community. I think there's only a total of. 80 apartments or something. It's not a huge building, and they're heated garages, and they do have dining downstairs. The apartments are very nice, they're kind of a wooded area. But if you go to the parking lot and go just not even half a block of it, there's a little path that leads you out into it. It's a parking lot, but there's a sidewalk. You literally can go to a big supermarket, and there is a library, a little small plaza. So you have access. You can just walk over to the grocery store, or the post office. There's a beauty shop. There is a little restaurant. There's a pizza place. Everything is right there for you if you want it. And then the other thing I liked about it was, it was small, but they do have professional care on-site. The people can go down and use the machines on their own. But I like the fact that if you do need some physical therapy, you can do it right on site without going to the hospital or the clinic. The apartment that I looked at, looked out the back window, looked out into the woods, and you could see deer trails through there. It's just kind of more homier, the apartments are nicer, and kept up, and the dining room which I saw, seemed to be very popular. And they had a wonderful place, a kind of a library sitting area, they took up a huge portion of one of the floors, and it had lots of light coming in. It was a great place for you to entertain your guests or your family. It was just a nice place. I liked it. The best part about it was that it was very reasonable. I just talked to a gentleman that shows the apartment, they have an office right when you come in. And he's very pleasant. I like him. And I signed up like four years ago and they call me every single year. And so you get on the list, there is always a list, so you gotta put your name. And when he calls, he tells you, we got a two-bedroom or one-bedroom that's coming available, and unfortunately, they still don't take pets. The first time that my daughter and I looked at it, they were renovating the hallways, painting, and they changed their pictures. They got some beautiful, big pictures hanging out in the hallways. And they change them every so often, upgrade them, which is nice because they've been in business for a long time.
