The Legends of Champlin has a lot of things available. However, you have to pay for underground parking. A friend of mine lives there, that's why I went and checked on them in the first place. Their apartments are not necessarily resident-friendly. For instance, the three-bedroom corner unit got a lot of square footage, but there's not a wall that you could put a queen size bed in with two end tables. The rooms were cut up strangely. I also felt I was being rushed during the tour. Other than that, the tour still went fine. They are considerably cheaper than the rest. They got multiple clubs started by residents, happy hour on Fridays, a workout room, a beauty shop, and a theater.

I moved into The Legends of Champlin. I love it. It offers a lot, and the apartments are topnotch. It's very, very clean and bright. They have exercise, get-togethers, and cards. I've only been here a week, so I'm still finding out more. They also have a theater, arts and crafts, an exercise room, and a beautiful patio out back with two large gas grills. They also have a huge, great room for get-togethers. Last night we had the birthday party for the people who had birthdays in June. The staff has been fantastic. I haven't been here long enough to be in any of the activities, and I'm still moving the last of my things in. I've toured several communities, but The Legends of Champlin so far has been the best.

I did a tour of The Legends of Champlin. I thought they were very accommodating. They have beautiful apartments. Their hallways were very clean and nice. I was able to talk to a few people, and they seemed happy. The staff were very accommodating and very informative. They took the time to spend with me to look at it. My daughter came back with me another time, and they spent plenty of time showing us the unit. It's independent. They have no food there. It's very nice. They have a gym, and they have planned activities and entertainment. They have community rooms. The location is wonderful in terms of shopping and the convenience of getting around. Everything you want is right here. There's plenty of shopping and stores. It is very close to the hospital and things that you would find in the clinics. Everything is there.
